以护生为中心教学法在胃肠外科护理查房中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨以护生为中心教学法在胃肠外科护理查房中的应用价值。方法 选择2016年7月—2017年6月58名肠胃外科护生作为研究组,再抽选2015年7月—2016年6月58名肠胃外科护生作为常规组。常规组:实施传统的教学方法:研究组:实施以护生为中心教学方法。结果 两组护生在胃肠外科护理查房评价结果方面实施比较,研究组护生评分优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护生护理满意率方面相比较,研究组100.00%高于常规组82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以护士为中心教学法应用与胃肠外科护理查房中有一定临床价值,既可提升带教老师的教学质量,还可提升护士的主动学习情绪,提高自身专业性与综合能力,尽早落实到实际工作中,值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of nursing students as the central teaching method in gastrointestinal surgery nursing rounds. Methods A total of 58 gastrointestinal surgical nursing students from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study group. 58 gastrointestinal surgical nursing students from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the regular group. Conventional group: implementing traditional teaching methods: Study group: implementing a teaching method centered on nursing students. Results The nursing students in the two groups were compared in the evaluation results of gastrointestinal surgery nursing ward. The nursing index of the study group was better than the conventional group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups, the study group was 100.00% higher than the conventional group(82.76%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nurse-centered teaching method and gastrointestinal surgery nursing ward has certain clinical value, which can improve the teaching quality of teaching teachers, and can also improve the active learning mood of nurses and improve their professionalism and comprehensive ability. It is worth promoting in the actual work.

臨床护理教学是学院课堂授课地延续,可将理论知识与自身专业能力转变为实践能力的一种体现。传统的查房护理形式为:老师为主体进行授课,学生被动性学习,这样会降低学生主动学习性,而且对知识理解不够透彻。为提升患者学习主动性,改变学生学习被动性,提高其护理查房综合能力,研发以患者为中心教学法,该方法即可提高临床护理教学效率与质量,还提升学生主动学习性,增强自我能力[1]。所以,该文针对胃肠外科护理查房时开展以护生为中心教学,观察其应用价值,报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2016年7月—2017年6月58名肠胃外科护生作为研究组,再抽选2015年7月—2016年6月58名肠胃外科护生作为常规组。常规组:男性5名,女性53名,平均年龄(19.77±1.27)岁;研究组:男性4名,女性54名,平均年龄(19.98±1.31)岁;两组护生在一般资料方面相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。
1.2 纳入标准
①护生自愿参加该次研究;②可积极配合教师安排;③主动学习性强。
1.3 方法
常规组:实施传统的教学方法:带教老师对胃肠外科疾病进行阐述,告知护生如何开展护理措施,实施健康教育的重要性。护士进行总结,对相关疾病的护理发展情况告知护生。
