复杂环境条件下风力发电设备吊装技术研究

【摘 要】华能布拖二期(补尔)风电场是凉山州规划建设千万装机风电基地的前期重要工程,本工程装机25台单机容量2.0MW的风力发电机组,年发电量在8000万KW.h左右,通过输电线路将清洁能源输送至千家万户。该工程所在地因为特殊地理条件造成大雾天数多、能见度低,且地形复杂,极不利于吊装,安装机型为FD108C型风力发电机组,叶轮旋转直径108m,安装难度极大。施工过程中,水电九局深入技术研究、加强管控、优化技术方案,解决了施工难题,确保项目进度、质量、安全可控,提高了公司声誉,取得了良好经济效益。为解决具体的施工难题,以布拖风电吊装为背景,深入分析能见度低,安装困难条件下进度、安全、工效等方面的施工难点,总结了针对本工程施工难点采取的具体处理对策,以确保施工安全,提升施工进度,节省成本投入。

Research on Hoisting Technology of Wind Power Equipment under Complex Environmental Conditions

【Abstract】Huaneng Butuo Phase II (Buer) Wind Farm is an important project in the planning and construction of a tens of millions of installed wind power bases in Liangshan Prefecture. This project installs 25 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 2.0 MW. The annual power generation is around 80 million KW.h. , through the transmission line to send clean energy to thousands of households. Due to the special geographical conditions, the location of the project caused many foggy days, low visibility, and complex terrain, which is extremely unfavorable for hoisting. The installation model is FD108C wind turbine, and the impeller rotation diameter is 108m, which is extremely difficult to install. During the construction process, the 9th Bureau of Hydropower went deep into technical research, strengthened management and control, optimized technical solutions, solved construction problems, ensured project schedule, quality, safety and control, improved the company's reputation, and achieved good economic benefits. In order to solve the specific construction problems, the cloth wind power hoisting as the background, in-depth analysis of construction visibility, safety, work efficiency and other aspects of construction difficulties under low visibility, difficult installation conditions, summarized the specific treatment measures for the construction difficulties of this project to ensure Construction safety, improve construction progress and save cost.

1. 引言
目前,国家风电建设正在向西部发展,包括西南、西北两大风电基地目前正在逐步进行,其中西南风力条件好,满发率高,但西南地区大多数为山地地区,大雾天数多,对风机吊装产生了极大的影响,因此应该从根源进行研究,有针对性的提出解决方案,并将方案进行总结、优化,形成一整套的吊装理论,保证后期在这种条件下可实现快速吊装,为今后风电建设打下一个良好的基础。
2. 工程概况
2.1 项目概况。
(1)华能布拖二期(补尔)风电场位于四川省凉山州布拖县境内,工程规划建设25台单机容量2.0MW风机机组,其中一臺限功率1.5MW,风电场总装机容量49.5MW。风电场使用FD108C-000105HSM型风力发电机组,该种风机有6个大的部件需吊装,包含4段塔筒、机舱、叶轮,其中吊高最高与吊重最重的部件为机舱,吊装高度为92m,吊重85t,吊装过程中受天气影响最大的为叶轮,机组及塔筒总重约322t。
