1.The more you read,the faster you'll be.

“the+形容词（副词）比较级……，the+形容词（副词）比较级……”结构，意为“越……，就越……”，表示一方的程度随着另一方程度的变化而变化。例如：

The busier she is,the happier she feels.她越忙就越高兴。

The harder you practice,the greater progress you will make.你越用功，进步就越大。

【知识拓展】

该结构可以和if引导的条件状语从句互换。如上句可以转换为“If you practice harder,you will make greater progress.”

so...that...是常见的句型，意为“如此……以至……”。其用法如下：

①“so+adj./adv.+that从句”。当that从句是肯定句时，该句型可转换为“adj./adv.+enough(for sb)to do...”结构；当that从句是否定句时，该句型可转换为“too+adj./adv.+(for sb)to do...”结构。例如：

She was so angry that she couldn't speak.=She was too angry to speak.她太生气了以至说不出话来。

②“so+adj.+a/an+可数名词单数+that从句”。该句型可以转换为“such+a/an+adj.+可数名词单数+that从句”结构。例如：

This is so interesting a book that we all enjoy reading it.=This is such an interesting book that we all enjoy reading it.这本书非常有趣，我们都喜欢看。

He worked hard so that he could get high grades in the exams.=He worked hard in order to get high grades in the exams.=He worked hard to get high grades in the exams.他学习用功为的是在考试中获得高分。

so that也可引导结果状语从句，意为“以至于”，从句中一般不含can、could等情态动词。例如：

He worked hard so that he got high grades in the exams.他学习用功，结果在考试中得了高分。
