Zhang Weiguo， born in Wuqing district of Tianjin city in 1946， graduated from Beijing School of Arts and Crafts in 1966 and Central Academy of Arts and Crafts in 1988 respectively. Zhang now is a researcher of Beijing Mass Art Museum and Beijing Cultural and Art Center， member of China Fresco Society， member of Chinese Artists Association，member of Beijing Artists Association， member of Beijing Calligraphers Association， Vice President of Beijing Calligraphy and Painting Research Society， President of Australian-Chinese Ink and Wash Painting Alliance.

張维国，1946年生于天津武清，1966年毕业于北京工艺美术学校， 1988年毕业于中央工艺美术学院。现为北京群众艺术馆、北京文化艺术中心研究员，中国壁画学会会员，中国美术家协会会员，北京市美术家协会第三届理事，北京市书法家协会会员，北京书画艺术研究会副会长，澳中水墨画家联盟（中方）主席。

香山书论：“千树万树无一笔是树，千山万山无一笔是山，千笔万笔无一笔是笔。”将些墨汁泼洒于纸上，便唤作烟云山水，现做世界，乃化他方便之用。至宋，陈后山有句：“俯仰尽微波，才知皆是幻。”借无心之语恰可明澈“清凉世界”之质。故先生画展之心意，众当明晰——示烟云为供养矣。
