循证护理在肠梗阻患者护理中的应用价值探讨

【摘 要】目的：探讨循证护理在肠梗阻患者护理中的应用价值。方法：本文研究对象为肠梗阻患者，研究例数一共200例，肠梗阻患者均采取抽签分组方式分为两组，收取时间在2015年2月1日-2018年2月3日之间，分为观察组一组（100例肠梗阻患者）、对照组一组（100例肠梗阻患者），分别实施循证护理、常规护理，将两组患者的各项指标进行对比。结果：观察组肠梗阻患者满意度97.00%（满意患者90例、所占比为90.00%;一般患者7例、所占比为7.00%;不满意患者3例、所占比为3.00%）高于对照组患者（P<0.05）;观察组肠梗阻患者的SAS评分（25.01±1.21）分和SDS评分（24.15±1.37）分低于对照组患者SAS评分（49.25±1.28）分和SDS评分（48.28±1.15）分，P<0.05;观察组肠梗阻患者的住院总耗时（10.21±0.11）d、肠胃功能恢复时间（7.02±1.05）h短于对照组患者P<0.05。结论：通过对肠梗阻患者实施循证护理后，取得显著的护理效果，能改善患者负面情绪，利于患者早期康复，值得在临床中推广及运用。

Abstract objective： to explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods： in this paper， the object of study for patients with intestinal obstruction， accounted for a total of 200 cases of intestinal obstruction patients were taken to draw grouping is divided into two groups， charging time on February 1， 2015 - February 3， 2018， divided into the observation group of a group （100 cases of intestinal obstruction patients） and control group a set of （100 cases of patients with intestinal obstruction）， respectively， the implementation of evidence-based nursing， routine nursing care， to each index of two groups of patients were compared. Results： in the observation group， the satisfaction rate of adhesive ileus patients after abdominal surgery was 97.00% （90 cases， accounting for 90.00%）. There were 7 general patients， accounting for 7.00%. 3 patients （3.00%） were dissatisfied， which was higher than the control group （P < 0.05）. The SAS score （25.01 1.21） and SDS score （24.15 1.37） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （49.25 1.28） and SDS score （48.28 1.15）， P < 0.05. The total hospitalization time （10.21 0.11） d and gastrointestinal function recovery time （7.02 1.05） h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： through the implementation of evidence-based nursing for patients with intestinal obstruction， significant nursing effect can be achieved， can improve the negative emotions of patients， conducive to early rehabilitation of patients.

近年来肠梗阻发病率呈上升趋势，为临床中十分常见的急腹症，患者在发病早期部分梗阻易引起解剖学改变和功能性病理性学改变，引起体液和电解质流失，从而导致肠壁感染和循环功能坏死情况，最终导致毒血症情况发生，严重危害患者的健康和安全[1]。因此，本次研究对循证护理在肠梗阻患者护理中的应用价值进行分析，见下文。
