1. 优点：

本篇习作的小作者对班长进行外貌和心理描写，让一个心地善良、关心集体的美好形象跃然纸上。

2. 需要修改的地方：

①a long black hair改为long black hair。hair表示“头发；毛发”时是不可数名词，所以前面不能加不定冠词a。

②run改为ran。语境分析，此处应用动词过去式。

③happily改为happy。feel意为“感到”，是系动词，后面应接形容词作表语。

④How改为What。感叹句的中心词是名词时，引导感叹句的感叹词应用What。

按中考英语作文满分25分的标准，本文修改前可得22分。
