1.审题立意

从题目要求和所给的材料看，本文要求考生就建立更好的团队合作（teamwork）提出自己的建议，属于应用文体裁。

文章应该着力于陈述团队合作有利于共同进步的重要性，并具体提出如何进行有效合作的建议，最后提出自己的希望。

行文时，应该尽可能用词准确，使上下文自然衔接和过渡。

2.布局谋篇

文章一开始不妨简要地叙述一下问题以及问题的来源，指出建立良好的团队合作的重要性。然后依据所给的材料，并结合自己的看法来提出建议。最后一句可以呼应文章开头，再次指出建立良好团队合作的好处，升华主题。

3.语句表达

文章中的三个建议可以分别以firstly、secondly和thirdly来划分层次。每一个建议最好能用不同的句型来表达。
