The Parent Company of Frog Prince Renamed to Future Development Holdings Limited

A few days ago, Frog Prince's parent company, China Child Care Corporation Limited issued a notice announcing that the Board of Directors recommended changing the company's English name to Future Development Holdings Limited.

According to the announcement,the Board of Directors believes that the new name will better reflect the current situation of the company and its future development, and will establish a brandnew corporate image and identity for the company, which will serve the future development of the company.

Earlier, China Child Care Corporation Limited issued a proclamation announced an expecting net operating loss of about 400 million yuan to 440 million yuan in 2018,while the Group made a net aftertax loss of about 163 million yuan in 2017.
