So why is it so good for us?

There are lots of reasons why you should go8for a walk.It’s a weight-bearing exercise as you9your own body weight when you’re doing it.The10include reduced risk of heart disease, reduced risk of stroke, increased heart and lung11, stronger bones and improved balance, improved high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes, reduced body fat, reduced joint and muscular pain.If you do things correctly, this12can also increase your muscle strength.

As well as helping you13, walking can bring you many mental health benefits.It14selfperception(自我认知) and self-respect, keeps you in high spirits, and makes you sleep better.15, it also serves to reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue.
