A butterfly with broken wings

Bonnie因为搬到新家后的不顺利而感到不开心。一天女儿从外面带回家一只蝴蝶，看样子活不了多久了。但连续两天蝴蝶都还活着，于是Bonnie开始给它喂食。蝴蝶恢复了精神，并好像与Bonnie有了感情。即便是后来掉了一条腿，它也总是会飞过去迎接她的到来……

Not until the whole family settled in their new home on the west coast did Bonnie know this was a wrong move to make.Her husband's new company was very unfriendly toward him,and everything about their new home felt wrong.Over the weeks,she was confused and unhappy.

One evening her daughter brought home a brown butterfly with dark spots on its wings.Bonnie could tell it was just about at the end of its life.It stirred（激发）her sympathy,and was placed on a bar in the kitchen by the stove where it was warm.

Although Bonnie found the butterfly was still alive the next morning,she was sure the little creature would die shortly.Howerer,when afternoon came,the butterfly was still looking at her.Bonnie decided to do something for it.She put a drop of honey on her finger and held it near the butterfly.To her surprise,the butterfly began to take it in.Pretty soon it seemed to have more strength.Bonnie regularly fed it every day,and it didn't want to get off her hand when feeding time was over.

One day,Bonnie noticed the butterfly got one leg caught in the wool.The leg was pulled off.But even though it had only five legs left,the butterfly would always come out to meet her as much as it could.

The butterfly seemed it was nearing the end of its three-week visit one night.It's wings were trembling.When Bonnie particularly got up at midnight,she found the butterfly was still alive,but barely.She put it her hand.Soon after,the butterfly passed on.

Bonnie was astonished about the way this little being had transformed her entire family in just three weeks.Her unhappiness was gone.It had brought joy into the home,and this joy was spreading.It had also taught her some important lessons such as patience and tolerance without complaining.During the three weeks,the butterfly showed the depressed and unhappy woman a strong desire to live.It opened and awakened the love within the woman again at length.She believed life would be better.
