潍坊，为海内外文化企业牵线搭桥

画中山势巍峨屹立,耸入云霄；山中林木葱郁,浑厚华滋,烟云出没,气势恢宏……黄宾虹一生九上黄山,《黄山汤口》是其最后一幅精品。1955年,当时黄宾虹患有严重的眼疾,他凭着记忆勾勒出了《黄山汤口》,画作饱含其对年少游历汤口这一旧日回忆的情怀与妙想,是其绘画生涯中的绝笔巨制。

去年6月份,在中国嘉德2017春拍“大观——中国书画珍品之夜·近现代”专场拍卖上,《黄山汤口》最终以3.45亿元的价格被潍坊一企业家拍走,这也意味着这幅经典画作就此属于中国画都潍坊。

4月21日，《黄山汤口》作为第八届中国画节的最大亮点，在第十一届中国（潍坊）文化艺术展示交易会（以下简称“文展会”）上再现真容。本届文展会突出展示第八届中国画节、第三届中国（潍坊）民间艺术博览会等九大版块。南宋书法名家张即之“楷书《华严经》残卷”、郑燮《幽篁图》、唐寅《秋林逸兴》、徐悲鸿《紫兰》、齐白石《谁霸谁王》、吴昌硕《四季花开》、张大千《茶花蝴蝶》等8000余幅精品画作也在文展会中集中亮相。

潍坊呈现艺术盛宴

除了大批古今顶级书画名家的精品画作，本届中国画节还吸引了来自中国20多个省、直辖市、自治区的近100位、50多个艺术门类的国家级民间艺术家，云集第三届中国(潍坊)民间艺术博览会，集中展示陶瓷、陶艺类、民间绘画类、剪纸类、文房四宝类、民族乐器类、红木根雕类等民间艺术大师的精品力作。

在民间艺术展区，大型陶艺群雕《一带一路》吸引了众多民众围观。驼队、古船、瓷器、城堡、高铁、码头等场景惟妙惟肖，该作品长23.6米，宽1.2米，分为“海上丝绸之路”、“陆上丝绸之路”和“共建‘一带一路’”三大板块，516个单体场景、166个人物。该陶艺群雕创作者傅绍相告诉记者，《一带一路》群雕构思和创作历时半年，记录了不同肤色的人在这条世界跨度最长的经济大走廊上和谐共存的景象，表现了沿途各国繁荣发展的共同梦想。

近年来，潍坊市紧紧围绕打造“文化名市”目标，挖掘整理文化资源，建设完善文化设施，展示交易文化成果，打造树立文化品牌，谱写了文化艺术蓬勃发展的新篇章。本届展会主题突出、内容丰富、亮点频现，参展书画作品数量多、层次高，文化艺术品种类多、代表性强，具有很强的观赏性和艺术感染力，又是一次文化的盛会、艺术的盛宴。

中共潍坊市委副书记、潍坊市人民政府市长李宽端表示，中国画节和中国文展会对促进区域文化交流合作、满足群众文化需求、提升城市文化影响力发挥了重要作用。本届中国画节、中国文展会，把握新时代新要求，坚持立足高端、传承文化、交流艺术、发展产业、服务群众理念，精心组织筹备了多项主题展览和配套活动。

李宽端说，真诚希望通过中国画节、中国文展会这个平台，与海内外文化企业及各界朋友开展更为深入的交流合作，形成更加紧密的文化联系，共促文化繁荣、共创美好未来，为建设“文化名市”、促进潍坊文化繁荣发展提供有力支撑。

名家作品吸引观众

4月24日,在中国画节“丝绸之路——从写实到写意杨晓阳美术作品展”展区,一名身背双肩包、拖着行李箱的中年女士引起了记者的注意。她在每一幅作品前细细观赏,遇到喜欢的还会用手机拍摄下来。

她叫张琴英,今年60岁,是从新疆克拉玛依专程赶来潍坊看画展的。张琴英说,她一直热爱画画,特别是写意花鸟画,只要一有时间就会拿起画笔。如今她已退休,有更多时间做自己喜欢的事。她从电视上看到潍坊正在举办第八届中国画节,既有刘大为、杨晓阳等当代名家的作品亮相,又有黄宾虹、齐白石、唐寅等大家的代表作展出,便想到展会上来看看。

张琴英先乘飞机到山西,顺便回了一趟老家,之后换乘高铁来到潍坊。4月24日早上7时30分,她就早早地来到鲁台会展中心,想第一时间进馆看展。“之前在电视上看过杨晓阳、刘大为等名家的作品,但近距离观看格外震撼。”张琴英说。

在中国画节的最后一天,可以看到,趁着这最后的机会前来赏画的市民络绎不绝。一群身穿黄色衣服的学生吸引了记者的注意,他们来自潍坊聋哑学校,有150余人,由学校统一组织过来赏画。

今年15岁的明永琪在读五年级,平时酷爱画画,来到画展欣赏这么多名家的作品,她兴奋不已。在喜欢的每一幅作品前,她都认真观察,不停用手比画学习。

文化是一个城市的精髓和灵魂，是一个城市魅力和软实力的集中展示。随着展会规模、档次的不断提升，中国画节和中国文展会吸引着越来越多不同领域观众参与到这一文化盛宴中，对促进区域文化交流合作、满足群众文化需求、提升城市文化影响力发挥了重要作用。据悉，第八届中国画节·第十一届文展会共吸引了来自海内外的47万人次到场参观,总交易额7亿元。

The 11th China (Weifang) Culture &Art Fair (hereafter “the fair”) was held several days ago in Shandong-Taiwan Exhibition and Convention Center.A great number of quality works of top calligraphers and painters both ancient and modern, including Zhang Jizhi,Tang Bohu, Zheng Banqiao, Qi Baishi and Zhang Daqian, were exhibited on the fair.It is reported that this fair highlights nine sections including the 8th Chinese Painting Festival and the 3rd China(Weifang) Folk Art Exhibition.

Liu Dawei, the chairman of Chinese Artists Association, pointed out in his address at the opening ceremony that Weifang has made significant achievements in its “famous cultural city”construction in recent years by exploring cultural resources, building complete cultural facilities, displaying results of cultural exchanges, and establishing cultural brands. Distinct in theme and rich in exhibits, this exhibition has many highlights. The great number of highlevel representative calligraphic works and paintings on display, which are of high ornamental value and strong artistic appeal, turns it into another grand meeting of culture and feast of art.

Li Kuanduan, deputy secretary of Weifang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and mayor of Weifang People’s Government, pointed out the important role that Chinese Painting Festival and China Folk Culture and Art Exhibition plays in promoting regional cooperation and exchange of culture, in satisfying the cultural needs of ordinary people, and in promoting the cultural inf l uences of the city. Seizing the new requirements in the new times and sticking to high-end objectives, cultural inheritance, industrial development,and serving the people, this Chinese Painting Festival and China Folk Culture and Art Exhibition provided several well-organized theme exhibitions and numerous supporting activities for visitors.
