永磁同步电机转子位置检测滤波方法研究

摘 要:轉子位置检测是实现永磁同步电机(PMSM)高性能控制的一个关键环节。由于检测环节非理想特性的存在,旋转变压器的转子位置检测结果中会产生微小误差,在电机振动噪声指标严格的领域,位置检测误差会对电机的振动噪声产生不利影响。针对以上问题,本文首先对旋转变压器的位置检测原理进行了简要分析,在此基础上,对旋转变压器各种非理想特性进行了分类和分析,得到了不同情况下的转子位置误差表达式。为消除可能出现的误差对电机控制造成的影响,提出了一种位置检测滤波算法,仿真和试验表明:所提出的算法能有效滤除旋变位置检测误差,同时不产生延时,应用效果好。

Abstract: Rotor position sensing is a critical process in the high performance control of permanent magnet synchronous machines(PMSMs). However, due to the presence of resolver non-idealities, the rotator position signal feedback of the resolver will inevitably have some small errors. Such errors will result in increased vibration and noise of the machine, which is not desirable in applications with stringent vibration and acoustic noise requirement. To solve the problem, this paper first reviews the position-sensing principle of the resolver briefly. By classifying and analyzing different types of resolver non-idealities, the paper introduces various rotor position error expressions due to different causes. To eliminate those errors in the control of the PMSM, the paper proposes a novel position feedback signal filtering method. Both simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively filter out the position errors without introducing any delay in the position signal, making it an excellent method for practical application.
