Three Dimensional Finite Element Analysis of Stress Reinforcement for A Bifurcated Pipe System and Anchor Block

Based on ANSYS structural analysis,the three-dimensional finite element calculation of stress reinforcement for a bifurcation system and anchor block is carried out,the purpose is judge whether the maximum Mises stress in the membrane stress zone of steel lining and local stress zone of 1''bifurcation section and 2''bifurcation section meets the allowable stress requirement of steel under the normal operation and hydrostatic test conditions.In the finite element calculation,the steel pipe and the reinforced concrete of anchor block are considered as linear elasticity,and the initial circumferential joint between the reinforced concrete of anchor block and the steel pipe is solved by load decomposition method,which is born by the steel pipe,concrete and steel bar.Typical sections of the anchor block structure are selected for stress,reinforcement and joint analysis,the calculation results reflect the stress state of the bifurcated pipe system and the anchor block,which provides a basis for the design.

Study on 3D Collaborative Standardization Design System for Sluice

Subject to the development trend of standardization and intellectualization in engineering design field,three-dimensional collaborative standardization design systemfor sluices is developed by means of summarization and research on the experience of sluice design.The system is a kind of intelligent design system which integrates standardized design process,scheme design module,review calculation module and visualization module.The system uses engineering database to store and transmit design data uniformly,and realizes the parametric modeling and visual display of design schemes with the help of three-dimensional collaborative platform,and automatically counts engineering quantities and other functions.The system fundamentally solves the problems of complex sluice design workflow,complex parameter relationship and difficult parameters transfer,and reduces the difficulty of design.

Water supply and Demand Analysis and Allocation Scheme Study of Water Resources in Weng’an and Fuquan Region

Fuquan City and Weng'an County in Guizhou Province,relying on rich mineral resources and geographical advantages,have witnessed rapid economic and social development.The existing water supply capacity of the industrial park cannot meet the needs of water use in the park,which seriously restricts the rapid economic and social development in the northern part of Guizhou Province.In this paper,the development and utilization of water resources in Weng’an and Fuquan region are deeply studied,which provides technical support for solving the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and demonstrating the scale of the proposed reservoir.

Analysis on Pumps Selection and Design of Guanjingkou Pumping Station

Guanjingkou Water Control Project is one of the key water source projects in Chongqing.The main task of the project is to supply water in the city,while giving consideration to drinking water for people and livestock and agricultural irrigation in small towns and rural areas.The pumping station diverts water from the reservoir through the main pipe of pressure water conveyance tunnel,forks a branch pipe into the pump group at the front of the pumping station,and assembles an outlet main pipe to the outlet pool after pressurization by the pump.The lift head range of pump is 18.83-48.46 m,the initial design flow is 0.5 m3/s,and the design flow of design level year is 4.76 m3/s.Four sets of large pumps and two sets of small pumps are selected for matching variable frequency operation.
