Abstract:From the sociological view， the great changes in China’s reform and open over the past 40 years are not only the rapid growth of the economic field，but also the changes in social structure and daily life.Since the reform and opening up，the establishment of the socialist market economic system has provided a great power for social transformation.The social structure has undergone fundamental changes.The“social transformation”has become the core conception of describing and explaining the great social changes since the reform and opening up in China.To some extent， “social transformation” is “another invisible hand” besides the market by way of analogy.In China’s social structure， “Social Net” can allocate resources as an important mechanism， in some cases，its efficiency is even higher than that of the market and the government.Therefore， understanding the important concept of“social transformation” will help us to have a more in-depth understanding of the changes in China’s daily life， such as consumption transformation， food security， ecological environment and many other issues.The social development in the new period has remarkable characteristics.Compared with the previous 30 years since the reform and opening up，many fundamental changes have taken place in many aspects.These fundamental changes can be summarized as“four major turning points”， including the turning point of urbanization development，the turning point of the relationship between employment and labor supply and demand，the turning point of income distribution and occupational structure.The turning point of the aging process.In response to new trends and new challenges，our strategic choices and policy responses should also be adjusted accordingly.Under such a trend of reform，Chinese sociology should not be restricted to “social issues”， but should have theoretical thinking and achievements， formation of the laws and rules of social and a complete discipline system，academic system，textbook system and discourse system of its own.Knowledge should be able to explain society and help transform society.Only in this way can we assume the contemporary mission of Chinese sociology.

Reviewing the Classics:the Multiple Value ofthe Practice Theoryandthe Contradiction Theory

Abstract:The Practice Theory and the Contradiction Theory are the classic work of Sinicization of Marxist philosophy.These two works have important historical value and epoch value.Based on the historical reality of the Chinese revolution， Mao Zedong summed up the experience and lessons of China’s revolutionary practice.Mao Zedong’s “two theories”analyzes and solves problems with Marx’s basic standpoints， viewpoints and methods.The standpoints， viewpoints and methods in the “two theories”provide the philosophical basis for the combination of Marxism with the reality of Chinese society，serve as the philosophical summary for the establishment of the Party’s ideological line of the Communist Party of China， are used as an ideological weapon for the continuous advancement of the new democratic revolution，and make the theoretical foundation for the understanding of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

The Meaning of Social Governance Transformation in the Construction of Grassroots Public Finance

Abstract:Public finance is a democratic finance that combines individual needs， public needs， and government financial functions.As the one from realizing the function of the state to the public needs of the society，the public finance not only has the substantive significance of grassroots government financial function transformation，but also promotes the direction of change for grassroots social democratic governance.Because government finances are responsible for social and public needs， giving finances a democratic nature， ensuring the people’s political， economic， social， and cultural rights， and allowing taxpayers to enjoy much greater public benefits from the government than the resource values than they transfer to the government through taxes.Only in this way can make the publicity of the government and the construction of social relations at the grassroots level intrinsically linked.This is the essence of the governance of modern society.

On National Subjectivity of Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

Abstract:The national subjectivity of political economy is the national position of political economy.From classical political economy to Marxist political economy and political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics， national subjectivity is indispensable， which is the fundamental attribute of political economy.As far as its performance is concerned，there are two dimensions to examine the national subjectivity of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The international dimension is to seek tension in cosmopolitan economics and the domestic dimension which are based on the great practical experience of reform and opening to the outside world for 40 years.The national construction based on the national subjectivity can not only lay the order foundation for the good order and effective governance from the historical dimension，but also provide the theoretical explanatory power to maintain the national competitive advantage from the realistic dimension.National construction will explain the China miracle reasonably and effectively on the basis of breaking through the western theory and contribute to the“China scheme” for the world economic recovery.
