“一带一路”倡议提出五年以来，从点及面，从构想到实践，所产生的影响超乎预期，给参与建设的相关国家和地区带来了实实在在的利益。“一带一路”科技创新行动计划的启动，更是开启了“一带一路”国际科技合作的新航程。本期所发表的部分论文，如《中国天眼模型结构的技术探究》《电力自动化技术在电力工程中的应用》《沙漠草方格铺设机的计算机辅助设计》等论文的核心论点都具有一定的学术性和针对性。我们期待着能有更多的优秀论文分享给读者。

Remarkable progress has been made since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward five years ago.It has brought tangible benefits to the participating countries and regions with impacts far exceeding expectations from concept to practice.The launch of the Belt and Road technology innovation action plan has opened up a new voyage of the Belt and Road international science and technology cooperation.Such papers published in this issue as Technical Research on Model Structure of Chinese “Sky Eye”,Application of Power Automation Technology in Electric Power Engineering and Computer Aided Design of Straw Checkerboard Sand Barriers Paving Machines,have certain academic and well targeted proposition.We look forward to sharing more excellent papers with readers.
