Emperor Huizong of Song， with the personal name Zhao Ji， was the eighth emperor of the Song dynasty in China. He lived in luxury， sophistication and art in the first half of his life. Despite his incompetence in rulership， Emperor Huizong was known for his talents in poetry， painting， calligraphy and music， and titled as one of the most excellent artists in Chinese history.

他輕佻好色、昏庸无能，是中国历史上最失败的皇帝之一；他才华横溢、艺冠京华，是中国历史上最伟大的艺术家之一。他就是宋徽宗——赵佶。
