攀岩走崖解危情

侠客，旧时指武艺高强、讲义气的人物，侠之大者为国为民。在新时代，在仙居这座小城，有着这样一群年轻人，他们武艺高强，利用过人的攀岩技能挽救遇险人生命；他们行走崖间，义务清除游客留下的垃圾，默默守护着青山秀水；他们参加志愿行动200多次，解救被困人员272人次，累计服务社会时间超过6万小时。他们就是仙居县红十字应急搜救队，新时代的侠客。

攀岩高手组建搜救队

仙居，一座历史悠久的千年古城。幽深奇崛的大山，峰险谷深，瀑奇林秀。集峰、崖、溪、瀑、林为一体的西罨幽谷、韦羌山系、聚仙谷等景观，山峦叠翠、奇峰迭出、自成格局。得天独厚的山水资源使得当地的户外运动蓬勃发展，并吸引了越来越多的驴友前来探奇揽胜，而其中不乏菜鸟级的驴友，登山受困遇难事件也随之增多。

说起组建搜救队的起因，源于队长方浙在山里驴行时偶然的两次救援。遇险者求助的目光以及获救后的喜极而泣深深触动了他：不如一边继续热爱的攀岩活动，一边做公益，救人一命，胜造七级浮屠。在这样的想法驱动下，2013年初，他召集了一群志同道合的人建立了搜救队。

搜救队为驴友出了一本自救手册，并开通了24小时救援电话。现在全国各地资深驴友来仙居攀岩前，都会事先跟队伍联系报备自己的驴行方案和路线以备遇到险情。

搜救队共有队员180名，其中一线搜救队员30名，搜救犬2只，特制救援车1辆。队伍由仙居县红十字会主管，主要为在周边发生的灾害和旅游登山的遇险受困人员提供无偿救援，并积极参与各类救援公益活动，受到了时任浙江省委书记夏宝龙和全国人大常委会副委员长陈竺的接见和慰问。小小的队部里满满当当地挂着搜救队获得的各种荣誉以及各项管理制度，对于队员们来说，这里也是他们的家。

连夜搜寻被困驴友

“太谢谢你们了。”仙居县大神仙居景区一处四面悬崖的山峰上，数位来自上海的驴友紧紧拥抱着一群红衣年轻人，激动得说不出话来。

2015年7月25日，41名上海驴友从仙居县淡竹乡石盟垟村上山，挑战神仙居八角金盘，被困深山。断水断粮近10个小时，人员分散，联系困难，还有小孩妇女同行，体力严重透支，一小孩由于脱水几近休克。

晚上8时许，队长方浙接到报警后，马上集结队员赶到石盟垟村。救援队员先与被困人员联系，安抚他们的情绪，加微信确定了他们的大致位置后，带上手电、水和压缩饼干，与公安、消防人员及向导上山搜救。

体力比较好的两组受困人员被先行安全引导下山。23时许，队员们爬上一段又陡又滑的坡道后找到最后5名驴友。他们中有一名男子手部旧伤复发，另有两名妇女体力严重透支，无法行走。在尝试多种方法救助无效后，最后队员们整整花了1个小时，轮番用绳索保护受困人员下降，把这3名游客护送到安全的地方。

次日凌晨1时许，41名上海驴友被安全撤回石盟垟村。驴友们激动之余，一个个紧握着队员们的手使劲道谢。

这些驴友并不知道，这仅是仙居县红十字应急搜救队的一个剪影，背后隐藏着难以计数的艰辛……

灾难之中大显身手

2015年11月13日晚，丽水里东发生重大山体滑坡，近20幢房屋被埋。11月14日，搜救队一大早赶到现场，统一听从省红十字会的指挥。队伍带去的搜救犬，发出5次信号。

队员们发扬连续作战精神，昼夜不休，饿了到场外随便吃一个盒饭，累了在路边休息一会儿。27岁的救援队员赵伟从凌晨5点就进入救援现场，一直到下午3点多，直接参与了10具遇难者遗体的徒手挖掘，手被钢丝划破了才到场外医疗点包扎。中央电视台的记者找到了他，只见他身上、脸上都是泥点，鞋也因为长时间泡在水里而严重破损无法穿着。谈起现场救援的场景时，这位腼腆的小伙子数次哽咽，眼泪忍不住夺眶而出。队伍争分夺秒、全力以赴搜救被掩埋人员，成为现场救援的中坚力量。

怀有对自然的敬畏之情

仙居的山水最能吸引人，每个来仙居登山的人无不被仙居山水的厚重灵动所震撼。对于这群崖间的舞者来说，他们征服的不是自然，而是自己。多年的登山经历也让他们对大自然多了一分敬畏之情。

每年，搜救队都会定期开展志愿活动，无偿为神仙居景区清理悬崖间的垃圾。景区的悬崖非常陡峭，有些地方完全是呈90度的绝壁，一般的清理人员根本无法到达。救援队自发担起了责任，“这是我们的家，游客来我们这儿玩，必须让他们看到一个干净美丽的神仙居。”队员们每人腰间挂着蛇皮袋，把生命系在一根绳索上，岩降到数百米的悬崖下清理饮料瓶、塑料袋等垃圾。青山秀水间，他们是那一抹靓丽温暖的红。

让人间充满大爱

险崖间，他们胆识超群；生活中，他们各自扮演着不同角色。他们是普通的丈夫、慈父、贤妻……队伍里有着许许多多温暖的小故事，有因为参加搜救队而走到一起的年轻小夫妻，为了共同的救援事业而相知相爱相守；有带着妻子一同加入搜救队的年轻教师，两人相互扶持，扛起救援的重任；有登山受困被搜救队救下而立意加入搜救队的摄影师，从此记录下队员们一幕幕动人的活动场景……每个人的故事汇集起来，就是大爱仙居人道精神的写照。

当初凭着一腔熱血成立了搜救队，中途经历缺乏资金、场地等各种考验，又凭着责任感一直坚持下来。对于搜救队队员们来说，救人已不仅仅是攀岩时的顺手之劳，更是一项事业，一份责任。

如今，搜救队凭着专业性和敬业精神，已从一支县级的红十字志愿者队伍发展成为浙江省红十字（仙居）应急搜救队。搜救队以“人道、博爱、奉献”为座右铭，始终把救助给予最需要的人，无论救援对象是本地人还是外地人、中国人还是外国人，求救是最大的命令，无私奉献乐于助人是最根本的动力。搜救队荣获2016浙江慈善奖、“浙江好人”称号。在丽水里东救援中荣立集体三等功、队长方浙荣立二等功。

Xianju， a county in the south of Zhejiang Province， is famed for its mountains， deep valleys， waterfalls， woods. It is more than a tourist attraction. As outdoor sports are become increasing popular across the country， Xianju poses thrilling challenges to outdoor enthusiasts in general and rock climbers in particular. Among these outdoor enthusiasts are green hands with too much passion and yearning for adventure but with little experience and with little knowledge of safety and precautions in outdoor adventures. Incidents occur and some people get hurt. That is how a group of local volunteers took concern and organized themselves into an emergency response team in early 2013.

The idea of getting a team ready to give hands to emergency calls came to Fang Zhe， an experienced local outdoor old hand and rock climber， after he gave his hand to rescue actions when he was rock-climbing in local mountains on two different occasions. He saw both the hopeless look of those stranded in impossible spots in mountains and the happy tears in their eyes after they were rescued. What he saw and experienced touched him.

He acted upon the idea and a group of local volunteers came together. The first thing the volunteer team did was putting together a self-help booklet and making it available to all outdoor explorers who came to Xianju. They also set up a 24/7 emergency hotline.

The team has 180 volunteers. Thirty of them respond to calls and get to rescue spots. The team has two search dogs and a special ambulance. Under the direct leadership of Xianju Red Cross， the volunteers provide free support and rescue those who are in need of emergency help in the mountains. Over years， the team has responded to more than 200 emergency calls and helped 272 mountaineers and rock climbers out of trouble. The public services they have provided to the general public have amounted to over 60，000 hours.

One of the public services they deliver is to clean the throwaway rubbish at Immortals Residence， the most spectacular of the tourist attractions of Xianju， at regular intervals. Some cliffs here are perpendicular and there are spots ordinary cleaners cannot access. Regularly， the volunteers from the emergency response team rope down hundreds of meters from the top of the cliffs and get down to the spots and pick up empty bottles and plastic bags.

One memorable rescue action occurred on July 25， 2015. Forty-one outdoor sports enthusiasts from Shanghai had run into trouble. They went into mountains from a village and planned to challenge a precipitous peak in the Immortals Residence. But they lost themselves in the mountains. When they realized they were in serious trouble， it was dark and they had already run out of drinking water and food. And they were scattered along the way. Of the 41 were some children and women. One child was about to go into shock.

Fang Zhe got the emergency call at 8 oclock in the evening. They immediately set out and soon reached the village. Thanks to fine telecommunication signals， they were able to get into contact with the explorers from Shanghai and find out where they were. The helpers were on their way， with flashlights， water and food. At 11 oclock in the evening， they located the last 5 people on a steep and slippery slope. Two could move. Of the last three， one man had his hand injured and the two women were too weak to walk. The rescuers tried several methods but none worked before they roped them down in relay. This action took about 1 hour before the three reached a safe place. At one oclock in the next morning， all the 41 explorers finally got reunited safely in the village.
