Problems and countermeasures in process of agricultural industrialization in northwest areas under background of population mobility by GUO De-jun P.19
The large-scale and persistent population mobility leads to the labor reduction in the rural areas of northwest China. Additionally, the production mode is relatively low, which limits the further expansion of agricultural production. Under this background, the steady implementation of agricultural industrialization strategy to make the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture actually became a historical necessity. However, there are also some problems that can’t be ignored in the process of agricultural industrialization in the northwest areas. For example, the excessive emphasis on the dominant role of leading enterprises brought some negative effects in some areas, etc. Thus the countermeasures are proposed. Firstly, we should develop all kinds of cooperative agricultural organizations timely on the basis of practical requirements. Secondly, we should realize the scale level of agricultural production and operation, and also the development mode of agglomeration economy. At the same time, we should develop other production and operation modes according to local conditions. Lastly, we should coordinate the development of the industrialization of characteristic agriculture and grain production.

However, there are still differences between the two versions in the narrative structure, the order of the characters, and the degree of scatter perspective. Relatively, the mainland version has more jumps, flashbacks and inserts, thus it has a more obvious contrast across time and space. Also the criticism is more powerful about the educated youth group, the educated youth literature, the educated youth mindset, and the historical background. And the Taiwan version has a clearer narrative logic and historical context which makes it better to guide the readers into the scene. But it has a tendency to compromise on the symmetric structure of a single focus, leading to the weakening of the criticism.
