Three flights (No.CZ663) from Guangzhou to Adelaide will be available weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The flights leave Guangzhou at 22:00 p.m. and land in Adelaide at 09:30 a.m. the next day after a journey of about nine hours. Return flights (No.CZ664), available every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, take off at 11:00 a.m. from Adelaide and arrive in Guangzhou at 17:40 p.m. the same day (all times are local time). The route is operated by a 216-seat Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

So far, China Southern is operating eight routes to Australasia, including seven from Guangzhou to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland and Christchurch, and one between Shenzhen and Sydney.
