高考英语全国卷中道歉信写作导练

一、文体概述

道歉信是指因过失或疏忽等做错了事，给别人带来了麻烦或损失，发觉后给对方赔礼道歉并请求对方原谅的信件。通常包括以下三部分内容：

1. 开门见山，表明写信目的，表示歉意。

2. 说明出现差错的原因，提出弥补措施。

3. 再次致歉，请求原谅，希望得到理解（语言要诚挚，解释的理由要真实）。

二、必备短语

1. apologize to sb. for （doing） sth.； make an apology to sb. for （doing） sth. 因某事向某人道歉

2. cause sb. much trouble给某人添加很多麻烦

3. be sorry for （doing） sth. 为/对……感到抱歉

4. regret breaking ones word/promise后悔不守信用

5. bring / cause sb. inconvenience给某人带来不便

6. make up for； compensate for弥补；补偿

7. sb. be to blame某人应当受到责备

8. be responsible for； shoulder/take/undertake the responsibility of承担责任

9. have no intention to do sth. 并非故意做某事

10. accept ones apology接受某人的道歉

三、套用句式

1. Im writing to apologize to you for ... / Im writing to say sorry to you for ... 我写这封信是因……向您致歉。

2. Im so sorry that I failed to keep the appointment that day. / I regret not being able to keep my promise that day. 很抱歉我那天不能如期赴約。

3. I apologize most sincerely for what I said that day， but I didnt mean to hurt you. / I make an apology to you from the bottom of my heart for what I said that day， but I had no intention of hurting you. 对于那天我说的话我想向您衷心道歉，但我不是故意伤害您的。

4. I have no idea how I can make up for my fault. / I wonder what I can do to compensate for my mistake. 我不知道如何才能为我的过失进行补偿。

5. I do hope you can understand my situation / think in my position and accept my apology. 我真心希望你能理解我的处境/设身处地地为我考虑，并接受我的道歉。

四、习作修改 下列习作中共有10处错误，每句最多两处，请改正。

Dear Mr. Evans，

I am indeed sorry to tell you that I wont be able to attend the lecture in English history tomorrow afternoon. My mother was suddenly fell ill and was taken to hospital last night and my father is on a business trips to Beijing now. I am afraid that I will have to take care of him these days.

However， I actually take a great interesting in English society and history. I wonder if it is possibly for the talk to be recorded， and if so， could I borrow the tape It would mean the great deal to me to listen to the tape and learn how is covered in the talk.

习作修改

作者因母亲突然生病不能参加英国历史讲座，给Mr. Evans写的道歉信。

1. 把第一句的in改为on 或about，因为是一个“关于”英国历史的讲座。

2. 删除第二句中My mother后的was，因为句中已有谓语fell。

3. 把第二句的trips改为trip，由冠词a可知，其后接名词trip的单数形式。

4. 把第三句的him改为her，此处代词指代的是my mother。

5. 把第四句的interesting改为interest，根据冠词a或形容词great可知，此处用名词。

6. 把第五句的possibly改为possible，因为充当表语用形容词possible而并非其副词。

7. 把第六句的the great deal中的冠词the改为a，因为a great deal“大量；非常”是固定短语。

8. 把第六句的how改为what，因为在learn后的宾语从句中，缺少主语，且表示“……内容”，故用what。

9. 在第七句中的say前面添加to，因為allow sb. to do sth.“允许某人做某事”是固定句式。

10. 把第八句的hoped改为hope，因为写信的时候是“现在”，故应用一般现在时。

Im writing to make an apology to you. Last week， we made arrangements for the Christmas party and found it difficult to reach an agreement since we had different ideas. Then a bitter quarrel broke out between us and I couldnt help yelling at you in a rude manner. It must have hurt you deeply. Now I am aware of my mistake and want to take back what I said that day. Will you please forgive my rudeness and ignorance As a matter of fact， I didnt mean any harm but tried to illustrate my views.
