2016年重庆汽车产量领跑全国

1月8日，市经信委发布消息称，2016年1月—11月，我市生产汽车287万辆，预计全年汽车产量可达316万辆，同比增长4%。这意味着我市将是全国唯一汽车年产量超过300万辆的省市。去年以来，我市汽车产业继续保持规模良性增长，产业结构等方面也呈现可喜变化，全市汽车产量中乘用车占比接近九成，高于全国水平；全市新能源和智能汽车产量达10万辆，同比增长64%。

重庆获评“2016年度最受关注旅行目的地”

1月6日，“旅行新势力盛典”举行，重庆获评“2016年度最受关注旅行目的地”。活动评选出“2017年度最值得期待旅行目的地”“2016年度最受关注旅行目的地”“2016年度最具影响力旅行家”等8个奖项。其评选依据是优酷旅游、新浪旅游各个维度内容的产出量和观看阅读量。

西南首家海军青少年航空学校落户重庆

1月6日，海军青少年航空学校授牌仪式在重庆市第十一中学校举行，标志着我国西南地区首家海军青少年航空学校正式成立，来自我市的60名高中生成为该校首届海军航空实验班的学员。该实验班学生从全市应届初中毕业生中选拔，经体格检查、政治考核、心理检测和文化把关4个环节后确定录取，并签订培养协议。

6项科技成果荣获国家科学技术奖

1月9日，2016年度国家科学技术奖励大会在北京举行，由我市科研单位和企业牵头完成或参与完成的6项科技成果荣获2016年度国家科学技术奖，涉及材料、机械、土木建筑、交通运输、医疗等领域。此次我市获奖的科技成果注重产学研结合，是面向产业需求开展的技术攻关，其中有一半由企业牵头或参与完成的，体现出企业技术创新的主体地位。

银行业逾78亿元融资 助力中新示范项目建设

截至2016年三季度末，重庆银行业支持中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目的融资余额已超过78亿元。我市银行业金融机构积极创新金融产品，通过开展跨境融资、跨境投资、跨境金融结算等服务为中新示范项目提供全方位的金融支持。建设银行、交通银行和中信银行等5家银行总行，还在重庆设立了跨境结算、离岸、保理业务等区域或全国性功能总部。

演艺代表团亮相全球最大演艺交易会

1月6日—9日，第六十届美国演艺出品人年会（APAP）在纽约举办，由重庆演出公司、重庆市曲艺团、重庆民族乐团等市级文艺院团，以及塔利文化等演艺机构组成的重庆演艺代表团亮相本届年会，向美国演艺市场集中呈现了我市高艺术水平的创作成果。

重庆四千余项目打造非遗博览园

1月12日，民间文艺发展与非遗传承保护峰会在重庆举行。来自全国各地的非遗专家与传承人齐聚一堂，通过主题演讲、现场交流等方式，围绕非遗项目的传承、发展、产业化运作等相关问题展开讨论。目前，我市属于保护范围的民间文学、传统音乐、传统舞蹈等非物质文化遗产共计17个门类4110项。重庆正在积极筹备“非物质文化遗产”博览园。该项目是重庆“十三五”期间的一个文化类大项目，建成后将向市民免费开放。

西部地区首个“水公铁”联运铝期货交割库落户重庆

1月18日，由上海期货交易所指定的重庆国储物流铝期货交割仓库在九龙坡区西彭工业园区揭牌。该项目是我市打造的西部首个“水公铁”联运铝期货交割库，这也意味着，今后我市的铝加工企业所需原料可实现期货交易、本地交割，大幅降低物流的成本。

新加坡物流巨头牵手重庆企业 组建物流发展平台

1月20日，新加坡太平船务（私人）有限公司、新加坡国际港务集团与重庆两江新区开发投资集团有限公司、重庆交通运输控股（集团）有限公司、重庆机场集团有限公司等我市6家企业，签订中新（重庆）互联互通物流发展平台项目合作框架协议，共同推动中新物流互联互通。根据协议，双方将共同出资约1亿元人民币，注册成立相关公司，主要开展交通物流领域项目咨询策划、研究推动多式联运体系及标准化建设、协调推动国际物流通道建设、整合重庆及周边区域物流资源等业务。

Chongqing’s automobile production in 2016 led the country

On January 8, the commission had announced that from January to November in 2016, 2.87 million vehicles were produced and the vehicle production is expected to reach 3.16 million, a year-on-year increase of 4%, which means that Chongqing would be the only city in the nationwide that the annual production of cars had exceeded 3 million. Since last year, the automobile industry in Chongqing has continued to keep the scale and healthy growth. The industrial structure and other aspects also showed gratifying changes. The production of passenger car accounted for nearly 90% of the whole city’s automobile production, higher than the national level; the production of new-energy and smart car reached 100 million, a year-on-year increase of 64%.

Chongqing was appraised as “The Most Noticed Travel Destination in 2016”

“The Ceremony of New Power in Travel” was held on January 6 and Chongqing was appraised as “The Most Noticed Travel Destination in 2016”. Eight awards were selected, including “The Most Anticipated Travel Destination in 2017”, “The Most Noticed Travel Destination in 2016”, and “The Most Influential Traveler in 2016” and etc. The selection was based on the various dimensions of output of the content and the reading quantity on Youku Tourism and Sina Tourism.

The fi rst Naval Teenager Aviation School in the Southeast China settled in Chongqing

On January 6, the awarding ceremony of the Naval Teenager Aviation School was held in the Chongqing No.11 Middle School, marking the formal establishment of the fi rst Naval Teenager Aviation School in the Southeast China. 60 high school students from Chongqing became the fi rst term students in the school’s experimental class. The students, selected from the city’s junior high school graduates, were admitted and signed a training agreement after the physical examination, political assessment, psychological testing and cultural checks.

6 scienti fi c and technological achievements won the National Science and Technology Award

On January 9, the 2016 National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in Beijing. Six scientific and technological achievements, completed or participated in by the scienti fi c research units and enterprises of Chongqing, were awarded the National Science and Technology Award in 2016, involving materials, machinery, civil engineering, Transportation, medical and other fi elds. The award-winning scientific and technological achievements of Chongqing, focusing on combination of production and research, orient the technical breakthroughs to the demand of the industry, half of which are led or completed by the enterprises, re fl ecting the dominant position of industry’s technological innovation.

More than 7.8 billion yuan of fi nancing in banking to fuel the construction of China-Singapore demonstration project

By the end of the third quarter in 2016, the fi nancing balance of the China-Singapore (Chongqing) strategic interconnection demonstration project, supported by the Chongqing’s banking, had surpassed 7.8 billion yuan. The banking and financial institutions in Chongqing actively innovate the financial products and provide full-scale financial supports like crossborder financing, cross-border investment, cross-border financial settlement services for the demonstration projects. China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications and China CITIC Bank and other 5 banks’ head office, also set up a regional or national functional headquarter in Chongqing of cross-border settlement, offshore, factoring business and etc.

Performing arts delegation appeared at the largest Performing Arts Trade Fair in the world

From January 6 to 9, the 60th Annual Meeting of America Performing Arts Producers (APAP) was held in New York. Chongqing performing arts delegation, consisted by the municipal art troupes, like Chongqing Performance Company, Chongqing Traditional Folk Arts Troupe, Chongqing National Traditional Orchestra and etc. and the performing agencies, like the Tully Culture and etc. appeared at this annual meeting. They had presented creative achievements of high artistic level to the performing market in America.

Over 4,000 projects in Chongqing to build the lntangible Cultural Heritage Exposition Park

On January 12, the Summit of the development of folk art and the protection of intangible cultural heritage was held in Chongqing. The experts and inheritors from all parts of the country gathered together and discussed about the related issues on the inheritance, development and industrialized operation of intangible cultural heritage items through the keynote speech, live communication and etc. At present, there are a total of 17 categories and 4110 items of intangible cultural heritage in the scope of protection in Chongqing, like the folk literary, traditional music, the traditional dance and etc. Chongqing is actively preparing for the “intangible cultural heritage” Exposition Park, which is a major cultural item in the“13th Five-Year” period in Chongqing and will be open free to the public.

The fi rst “River-rail-road” lntermodal Delivery Warehouse of Aluminum Futures in the west China settled in Chongqing

On January 18, designated by the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Delivery Warehouse of Aluminum Futures of Chongqing National Reserve Logistics Company was inaugurated in the Xipeng Industrial Park, Jiulongpo District. The project is the fi rst“river-rail-road” intermodal delivery warehouse of aluminum futures built by Chongqing, which means that from now on the aluminum processing enterprises in Chongqing could realize the futures trading, local delivery and signi fi cantly reduce the cost of logistics.

The Singapore logistics giant joins hands with Chongqing’s enterprises to set up logistics development platform

On January 20, the Singapore Pacific International Lines (private) Co., Ltd., PSA International Pte Ltd. and six enterprises in Chongqing, including the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Transportation Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., Chongqing Airport Group Co., Ltd. and etc., had signed in the cooperation framework agreement of the project of China-Singapore (Chongqing) interconnection logistics development platform, jointly promoting the interconnection of the China-Singapore logistics. According to the agreement, the two sides will jointly invested about 100 million yuan to register related companies, which would be mainly focused on the consulting and planning of transport and logistics, research and promotion of the construction on multimodal transport system and standardization, coordination and promotion of the construction on international logistics channel, the integration of Chongqing as well as the logistics resources of the surrounding areas and so on.
