2.How do they make you feel?

How you feel in their company and how you feel once you've parted company is a great way to tell if you're in a toxic⑤toxic 英 ['tɒksɪk] 美 ['tɑksɪk] adj. 有毒的；中毒的friendships.

If you're left feeling drained, angry or even resentful,release the friendship.

3.Do they add or subtract⑥subtract英 [səb'trækt] 美 [səb'trækt] vt. 减去；扣掉to your life?

Do you dread meeting up with them? If there's no fun left in your friendship, it's time to break up.

Great friendships actually boost your immune system,while toxic friendships leave you feeling off balance.

4.Do they support your life goals?

Good friends want the best for you and are your biggest cheerleaders. Toxic friends will act jealous, mean spirited and may even try to sabotage your hopes and dreams.

伟大的友谊实际上会促进你的免疫系统，而有毒的友谊则会让你感觉失去平衡。

4.他们支持你的人生目标吗？

好朋友总是为你着想，也是你最大的支持者。有毒的朋友却总是很嫉妒、刻薄，甚至可能会试图破坏你的梦想和希望。
