2017-05-01 A cost reckoning method for DCCHP considering the prediction error

Abstract:Calculating the cost of distributed combined cooling, heating and power system (DCCHP), the data of source and load usually use the predicted values at present. However, the limitation of load forecasting method and renewable energy forecasting method can cause the data prediction error and affect the accuracy of the combined system cost calculation further. In this paper, a model of DCCHP which has complete components is established. Sampling the data of load and renewable energy outputs to simulate the predicted errors of the data, the typical scenarios can be built by the LHS scenarios reduction process. For each of typical scenarios, the cost is calculated and weighted by its occurrence probability to generate the cost considering the prediction error. Finally, simulation of a typical DCCHP and sensitivity analysis certify that for the predicted values of different accuracy the method proposed by this paper can calculate the system cost accurately and provide effective reference for practical system planning and design.

Abstract:Due to the application of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) on coal-fired power plant, the problem of waste catalytic becomes increasingly outstanding. The technology to dispose waste catalyst in worldwide was analyzed. Refer to slurry blending combustion technology, a waste catalytic blending combustion plan was indicated. Cleaning test approved that catalyst leaching toxicity meet the limit of toxicity identification standard regulations of the state, including the content of trace elements is lower than conventional coal. Blending test and calculation approved that the pollutant emission is under control. The technology has the simple process, low environmental risk and low disposal cost. This could be widespread.

Abstract:Based on the character of wind-solar-battery power micro-grid, an optimal dispatching strategy for system individual operation mode was indicated. The optimal capacity configuration model was build and calculated by electromagnetism-like mechanism. The model and mechanism were approved by simulation.

Abstract:The existing large scale circulating fluidized bed boiler environmental protection technology roadmap was analyzed and summarized. The author indicated that the low cost selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) could be added if the ultra-low emission requirements cannot by satisfied by boiler operational adjustment or boiler reconstruction. Limestone in-furnace desulphurization, semi-dry out-furnace desulphurization and ultra-clean electrostatic-bag composite dust removal shall be preferred for desulphurization and dust removal.

Abstract:By analyzing power plant operation data under steady condition and variable load condition, accurate power plant boiler attemperation water mass flow characteristic curve was indicated. Based on this characteristic curve, attemperation water mass quantity was effectively controlled. Main steam quality was improved. The unit operation economy and safe was enhanced.

2017-05-24 New type submerged chain conveyor tension and retaining device development and application

Abstract:A unit was forced to stop operation or low load operation due to submerged chain conveyor tension device frequent failure. After research, the automatic hydraulic system was not featured with depressurized retaining or stand-by tension. Failure caused chain fall off. After improvement on the tension device, constriction retaining and manual tension were added on the system. The failure hours reduced by 91.8%. Energy generated was increased by 20 GW·h. The reliability and economy was increased remarkably.

Abstract:Substation secondary device requires environmental temperature. The ideal operation temperature is 20.0 ℃ to 25.0 ℃. Traditional radiating solution for secondary precast bin was introduced. And the drawback was indicated. This paper introduced a composite radiating solution that combined air conditioner and fan. This solution featured with well heat balance, high reliability, and remarkable energy-saving effect.

Abstract:This paper analyzed and summarized the coal spontaneous combustion phenomenon in the operation management practice of circular coal yard. It introduced the characteristics of spontaneous combustion of circular coal yard, preliminary mastered its regularity, and proposed some measures to preventing spontaneous combustion, which accumulated some experience for the further management of circular coal yard.

2017-05-32 670 MW super-critical unit valve switching failure cause analysis and treatment

Abstract:In a power plant’s 670 MW super-critical unit start-up stage, valve switching of total valve (TV) and governing valve (GV) failed. After analyzing HP-IP cylinder unite start-up speed and valve switching logic, and comparing the stress of main stop valve before and after opening, the failure cause was indicated that main steam pressure and reheat steam pressure are too low. Authors claimed that by adjusting the pressure of main steam and reheat steam would reduce the opening and pressure difference of GV. This will ensure the success of valve switching and reduce the valve switching time.

Abstract:This paper introduced the necessity of power automation device industrial molding design. Based on the various application forms, product appearance DNA design method based on company brand strategy was indicated. The normal and local power automation device industrial design process was introduced. After demand analysis, product appearance was divided to multiple individual factors. Characteristics of individual elements from multiple dimension analysis and the connection between elements,summed up the characteristics of the product style suitable for power system automation device, and on the basis of physiological aesthetic and man-machine engineering research and design.

Abstract:To implement flow path and capacity expansion reconstruction to built power plant is high efficient and low cost. This is one of the effective measures to increase efficiency, save energy and increase power supply. After boiler heating surface expansion, better metal material was required due to higher temperature and pressure. After capacity expansion, a power plant’s high temperature reheat outlet TP347H pipe leaked. After site inspection, section macroscopic test, chemical test, metallurgical analysis and hardness test, it was found that the material solution treatment was not sufficient after work hardening, and caused performance reduction and leakage.

Abstract:Taking the large vibration problem of primary air fan for Hubei Xiangyang Power Plant as an example, and facing the situation of its complicated reasons, including the bearing wear and unbalance, this paper found the failure bearing accurately using the EA expert system and replaced it. After that, the large horizontal vibration problem still existed. Then a further analysis was conducted and a dynamic balance treatment was dealt with, At last, the large vibration problem of primary air fan was solved completely.

The construction of this system could improve the lean management level, realize the digital fuel information management of a coal yard, and also have a positive effect on promoting the work of stock-taking, mixed burning, purchasing and spontaneous combustion preventing, etc.

Abstract:Based on construction practice, the cause and expression of joint post-weld heat treatment common problems was analyzed from heat input, thermocouple and heater. Treatment measures were provided for each of heating stage, constant stage and temperature fall stage. The situation of abnormal hardness after fault was analyzed. Treatment measurements were provided based on standards and metal phase transformation principle. Prevention measurements to avoid post-weld heat treatment were provided based on production practice.

Abstract:Limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) system is widely used in worldwide benefited from high desulfurization efficiency and low operational cost. The desulfurization efficiency is affected by pH value, limestone activity, SO2mass density, dust removal efficiency, moisture balance, FGD outlet dust content and other physical and chemical parameters. After comparison, physical and chemical parameters that affect desulfurization efficiency from strong to weak is pH value, limestone activity, SO2mass density, dust removal efficiency, moisture balance, and FGD outlet dust content.

2017-05-70 360 MW unit SCR denitration system operation improvement simulation

Abstract:Based on a 360 MW unit SCR denitration reactor and site operation data, simulation of ammonia injection improvement and fluid field improvement was carried out. The result indicated that inlet fluid field is nonuniform. Which obviously reflect at NOxdistribution andvelocity field. By dividing control zone and adjusting ammonia injection quantity, ammonia-nitrogen ratio was reduced from 10.0% to under 1.5%. By improving deflector structure, the first layer catalytic inlet velocity field was notably improved. Which indicated that the flow field after ammonia injectiongrating doesn’t affect ammonia-nitrogen ratio. Ammonia-nitrogen ratio is determined by reactor inlet flue gas flow field and ammonia injection method.

Abstract:This paper raised a heat supply steam waste pressure recycling system that utilize heat supply extraction waste pressure for backpressure turbine power generating, and supply steam, exhausted by backpressure turbine, to heat network heater. This system efficiently used heat supply steam extraction, increased heat supply unit generating capacity, lowered unit service power utilization. Economic benefit is significant.
