The meeting was held by the vice president of China printing and dyeing industry association Li Ruiping, deputy secretary general Dong Shuxiu,Sun Ruizhe made a speech over the General Assembly.

The theme of the conference is "quality and effciency of green development, analysis of the" 13th Five-Year "printing and dyeing industry, green development and energy saving and environmental protection policy, the current focus of the wastewater of printing and dyeing enterprises, emission standards, wastewater treatment and reuse, resource conservation and effcient utilization, lively discussion and exchange of international environmental protection regulations and new progress and other hot issues.

生态文明建设首次写进国家五年规划的目标任务，绿色发展是国家“十三五”五大发展理念之一，成为中国经济社会发展的主流和方向，这既是印染行业加强环境保护的强大动力，也面临着巨大压力和挑战。为进一步引导和推动印染企业技术创新、转型升级，全面节约和高效利用资源能源，减轻污染排放，促进环境治理，由中国印染行业协会主办、恒天立信工业有限公司协办的“2016恒天立信全国印染行业节能环保年会”于11月29-30日在山东省青岛市召开。

中国纺织工业联合会会长孙瑞哲、党委副书记陈伟康、副会长李陵申，中国印染行业协会会长陈志华、原会长李金宝，中国纺织信息中心副主任阎岩、董奎勇，环境保护部环境规划院水环境规划部总量控制中心副研究员张文静，中国轻工业清洁生产中心轻工业环境保护研究所副主任孙晓峰等领导和嘉宾，部分地方纺织印染行业协会、产业集群地领导；大专院校及科研机构专家、学者；印染及相关行业企业代表；环保领域资深专家以及新闻媒体记者等共300余人参加了年会。会议由中国印染行业协会副会长李瑞萍，副秘书长董淑秀主持。孙瑞哲为此次大会致辞。

本届年会主题是“提质增效 绿色发展”，对“十三五”印染行业绿色发展和节能环保政策进行解析，就印染企业当前关注的废水、废气排放标准、废水深度处理及回用、资源节约与高效利用、国际环保法规新进展等热点问题展开热烈的研讨和交流。
