1 Heilongjiang Province initiated a new transportation corridor for the trade with Russia

4 international trucks， carrying 50400 pairs of shoes made in Haerbin， departed from Sino-Russia distribution center of Haerbin Longyun International Land Port. And the speed is substantially promoted in virtue of the technical platform named “Rueyt” of Longyun Group； the trucks are predicted to arrive in Moscow， Russia after 9 days through Manzhouli.At present， there are 133 domestic member logistic enterprises， 69 Russian member logistic enterprises of the platform “Rueyt”， which covers 70% users of the whole industry， meanwhile， it also brings new vitality to our economic development.

2 Thai vice premier visited Guizhou Province， experiencing the open cultural communication platform

On July 30th， Chen Miner， secretary of Guizhou Provincial Committee of CPC and chairman of Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee， Sun Zhigang， the deputy secretary of Guizhou Provincial Committee of CPC and the governor，met vice premier Prajin Juntong and the delegation who came to attend the 9thASEANChina Year of Education Exchange. Next day， the vice premier came to Guizhou Confucius School for sightseeing.

3 Guizhou Province promotes cross-border schooling of universities and colleges and going out of enterprises

With the implementation of “Belt and Road” Initiative， the education cooperation between China and ASEAN ushered in some brand new opportunities， which cross-border schooling become a common choice for universities and colleges in both China and ASEAN. On Aug. 2nd， more than 400 Chinese and foreign experts attended “Making Education Priority in the Process of Communication— China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Dialogue” held in Guiyang， and had a discussion on challenges and opportunities of crossborder schooling. The director of the activity this time is International Cooperation and Communication Branch of Ministry of Education of China； the organizer is CEAIE and it is co-organized by Guizhou University.

4 Xining held the fi rst ecological development forum， making it a pillar city of the “One Belt and One Road” lnitiative

Aug. 2nd， more than 1700 businessmen both at home and abroad came to Xining， Qinghai Province for the fi rst ecological development forum and 2016 Xining development investing symposium. The first ecological development forum themed on “ecology leads development and green city” now is an idea exploring opening cooperation， exchanging and merging and ecological development. It is known that 73 contracts have been achieved in these 8 fi elds， with a total volume of 35.72 billion yuan， ranking 85% and 91% of total signed programs and the total volume respectively. At present， Xining has been international friend city with 28 cities along the Silk Road， and is approaching to be an important pillar of trade and cultural exchange on “Belt and Road”.

5 Gansu Province stationing abroad to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine outside China

On Aug. 9th， according to the press held by Information Office of Gansu Province， Gansu now actively communicates with other countries along “Belt and Road” in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and stationing abroad on the basis of its advantages of medicine resources to promote the traditional Chinese medicine to go out of China. Until now， Gansu Province has successively founded 8 Qihuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Academies in Russia， France， New Zealand， Kyrgyzstan， Ukraine， Madagascar， Moldova and Hungry respectively and 4 traditional Chinese medicine centers. What's more， they also have some in-depth cooperation in the fields of traditional Chinese medicine healthkeep traveling， traditional Chinese medicine planting and export， medical equipment， clinic research and cooperation and exchange of the professionals.

6 Cambodia and Yunnan Province achieved strategic cooperation on investment in tourism industry

The Third International （Yunnan， China） Cultural Tourism Investment Symposium and the Signing Ceremony of Cultural Industry Cooperation was held in Kunming on Aug. 11th. Tang Kun， the minister of Cambodia Tourism Department， with his delegation took part in the symposium.Zhao Jin， the member of the standing committee and the minister of the Provincial Publicity Department attended the symposium and delivered a speech. 5 important cooperative agreements were reached this time， among which the contract volume of Yunnan strategic cooperation on tourist industry investment was 10 billion Yuan.

7 Another newly-built expressway next year makes Chongqing and Chengdu even closer

According to Sichuan government website on 12th， The Notice on Publishing the 2016 Working Plan of Five Economic Zones of Sichuan has been released， of which the more concerned Rong-Yu （Chengdu-Chongqing） expressway will be completed this year. The fi rst phase of Chongqing section of Yu-Guang expressway （Yubei District， Chongqing to Guang'an， Sichuan） is predicted to open to the traffi c next year and the main stations of the second phase will be completed at the same time. At that time， a car trip from Chongqing to Chengdu only costs 2.5 hours， an hour shorter than Cheng-Yu expressway and 30 minutes shorter than the expressway through Suining to Chongqing.
