The 56 year old Fujian Provincial Com- mittee and party secretary of Xiamen City Wang Meng Hui moved northwards to serve as the Provincial Committee and party secretary of Shenyang City， Liaoning Province. Wang became the sixth official of Fujian Province to took office in a place that is not far from Chinas capital Fujian deputy provincial officials. Wang Menghui has been in politics for more than 18 years in Guangdong. He used to serve as the mayor of Panyu District of Guangzhou City， the director of the Planning Bureau in Guangzhou City and the vice mayor of Zengcheng City.In 2004， he was promoted to be the mayor of Shanwei City. At that time， he is only 44 years old， and became the youngest prefecture level party secre- tary in Guangdong Province 4 years later. During his tenure in Guangdong， he also spent more than four years to complete the study of urban planning and design professional in Tsinghua University， and awarded a doctorate degree in engineering.
