【Abstract】: interaction designers to create products and services are useful and practical for the purpose of user centered design as the basic principle, the actual operation must be based on the actual user understanding: including their goals, tasks, experience and needs etc.. User centric perspective, while trying to balance the user needs, business development goals and the relationship between the level of scientific and technological development, the definition and development of new interactive products and services.

The interactive design stages based on user scenarios, including "what place, what time, what, what do things, how to finish this thing further may also need to understand" why do you need to do this thing. Where the process is the basis of the interaction designer needs to sort out the user action process, in order to meet the user convenient, efficient and even interesting to complete a behavioral goal.

The "mental model" is the interactive design of the starting point and the end users understand the "mental model", in order to better understand user behavior and target optimization process, enhance the user experience, achieve the design goal of "want to use".
