仿生矿化在肿瘤细胞扩散阻隔与定域杀伤中的作用研究

摘 要:該项目以生物矿化原理为指导,将新型抗肿瘤技术与细胞表面的生物矿化相结合,在肿瘤细胞表面构筑了对光敏感的无机/生物高分子、天然色素/生物高分子复合材料形成的智能矿化层。研究了其对肿瘤细胞形成的定域包围或包裹,分析了这些矿化层在近红外光照下对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用,同时研究了其生物相容性等。该项目的研究涉及化学、生物、医学、材料等多学科的交叉,对于寻找和开拓生物矿化的新用途以及抗肿瘤的新方法、新途径等具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract: This project is based on the biomineralization principle. A new style of antitumor technology was combined with biomineralization on the cell surface. The photo-sensitive biomineralization layers, including inorganic/ biomacromolecule and natural pigment/biomacromolecule composites, have been successfully constructed on the surface of tumor cells. The localized encapsulating effect of the biomineralization layers to the tumor cells has been studied. The biocompatibility and the antitumor effect of the composite material with and without irradiation have been analyzed as well. This project refers to the interdisciplinary of chemistry, biological, medicine and materials science. There will be an important theoretical and practical significance in searching the new application of biomineralization and developing the new method for antitumor.
