日中文化交流协会代表团访华

10月10日至14日，应中国文联、中国剧协邀请，日中文化交流协会副会长、日本著名表演艺术家栗原小卷率演出团访华。期间，演出团在北京人艺菊隐剧场演出了独角戏话剧《松井须磨子》，中国文联主席孙家正、中国文联副主席郭运德、文化部副部长董伟以及来自戏剧界的知名导演、演员、编剧等观看了首演。中国文联举办了《松井须磨子》访华演出交流会，来自中国剧协、北京人艺、中国国话等多家戏剧团体的专家、导演、演员与栗原小卷进行了热烈友好的交流。

JCCEA Delegation Visited China

From October 10 till 14, at the invitation of CFLAC and China Theatre Association (CTA), Komaki Kurihara, Japanese reputable performing artist and vice president of Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association (JCCEA), headed a delegation to visit China. During their stay, this delegation presented a monologue drama Sumako Matsui at Juyin Theatre of Beijing People’s Art Theatre (BPAT). Sun Jiazheng, president of CFLAC, Guo Yunde, vice president of CFLAC, Dong Wei, vice minister of Chinese Ministry of Culture as well as well-known directors, actors and playwrights in Chinese theatre circle watched its premiere. CFLAC particularly organized an exchange meeting for the cast of this play, where experts, directors and actors from many theatre organizations such as CTA, BPAT and National Theatre of China conducted a warm and friendly exchange with Komaki Kurihara.

中东欧16国戏剧节艺术总监代表团来华访问交流

10月11日至25日，由文化部主办，中国剧协承办的中东欧16国戏剧节艺术总监代表团来华进行为期两周的交流访问。代表团先后参加了第18届上海国际艺术节、第4届乌镇国际戏剧节、首届广东（国际）戏剧展、陕西第11届中国艺术节等活动，并与国内诸多表演艺术组织进行了富有成效的交流。此次访问为我国与中东欧国家戏剧节的合作与交流创建了一个崭新的平台。访问期间，中国剧协与艺术总监代表团共同探讨和策划了2017年中国-中东欧国家文化季合作项目。

Art Supervisor Delegation of Theatre Festivals from 16 Countries of Middle and East Europe Visited China

From October 11 till 25, an art supervisor delegation of theatre festivals from 16 countries of Middle and East Europe, sponsored by Chinese Ministry of Culture and undertaken by CTA, visited China for a two-week exchange. The delegation participated in the 18thShanghai International Arts Festival, the 4thWuzhen International Theatre Festival, the 1stGuangdong (International) Theatre Exhibition and the 11thChina Arts Festival in Shaanxi Province, and conducted effective exchanges with many performing arts organizations in China. This visit has established a new platform for theatre festival cooperation and exchange between China and Middle and East European countries. During the visit, CTA and the delegation jointly discussed and planned cooperation events for 2017 China-Middle-and-East-European-Countries Culture Season.

中国文联代表团出席第七届世界艺术文化峰会

10月16日至22日，第七届世界艺术文化峰会在马耳他首都瓦莱塔举行。应峰会组委会邀请，以IFACCA中方执委、中国文联国际联络部主任董占顺为团长的中国文联代表团赴马耳他出席本届峰会。期间，董占顺会见了马耳他圣詹姆斯骑士创意中心艺术总监托尼·桑特，洽商今后合作项目。本届峰会由国际艺术理事会及文化机构联合会（IFACCA）和马耳他艺术理事会共同主办。87个国家的艺术理事会、文化部、知名艺术机构约380名代表参加。期间还举行了IFACCA代表大会、执委会会议、各大洲区域片会以及文化艺术机构领导人研讨会等活动。

CFLAC Delegation Attended the 7thWorld Summit on Arts and Culture

From October 16 till 22, the 7thWorld Summit on Arts and Culture was held at Valletta, capital of Malta. At the invitation of the organizing committee, a delegation from CFLAC, headed by Dong Zhanshun, board member of International Federation of Arts Councils and Cultural Agencies (IFACCA) and director general of International Liaison Department of CFLAC, attended this Summit. During the visit, Dong Zhanshun met with Toni Sant, artistic director of St. James Cavalier Centre for Creativity, to discuss cooperation projects in the future. Jointly sponsored by IFACCA and Malta Arts Council, this Summit received some 380 delegates from arts councils, ministries of culture and well-known art agencies from 87 countries. In the course of this Summit, IFACCA assembly, board meetings, chapter meetings and leadership forum of culture and art agencies were respectively held.

中国曲协艺术团赴台湾举办第六届海峡两岸欢乐汇

10月16日至24日，中国曲协艺术团赴台湾举办第六届海峡两岸欢乐汇。本届欢乐汇以“说唱青春共筑梦想”为主题，以青年曲艺演员为主体，面向台湾民众、艺术学院学生、文化界有关人士、老人院休养老人等奉献了5场精彩演出，并组织两岸社会文化界人士40余人就如何进一步加强两岸曲艺交流、传承中华传统文化、共筑中华民族复兴梦进行了恳切座谈。

CQAA Art Troupe Staged the 6thAcross-Straits Gala

From October 16 till 24, China Quyi Artists Association (CQAA) sent an art troupe to Taiwan to stage the 6thAcross-Straits Gala. Under the theme of “Youth in Storytelling and Singing for Common Dream”, the art troupe, with young Quyi actors as main cast, dedicated five excellent performances to local public, students in art academy, celebrities in cultural circle and retired senior citizen in their nursing home. Concerning how to further strengthen Quyi exchange across the Straits, how to inherit traditional Chinese culture and realize the“Chinese Dream” of the rejuvenation of Chinese nation, a workshop was organized with over 40 figures from social and cultural communities across the Straits.

中国书协代表团出席“汉字之美”中国书法展

10月17日至22日，应“一带一路”欧中旅游文化委员会邀请，中国书协代表团赴比利时首都布鲁塞尔参加“汉字之美-中国古代哲人的沉思与当代书家的表现”中国书法展。本次展览展出书法作品27件、篆刻作品12件。

CCA Delegation Attended“Beauty of Chinese Characters” Calligraphy Exhibition

From October 17 till 22, at the invitation of “B&R”Europe-China Tourist Culture Committee, China Calligraphers Association (CCA) sent a delegation to Brussels, capital of Belgium, to attend a Chinese calligraphy exhibition titled “Beauty of Chinese Characters—Pondering of Ancient Chinese Philosopher and Reflection of Contemporary Calligraphers”. This exhibition put on show 27 calligraphic works and 12 seal-cuts .

中国影协代表团出席“2016孟买中国影展”开幕式

10月20日至26日，应印度中国电影协会邀请，中国影协代表团赴印度出席“2016孟买中国影展”开幕式及座谈活动，期间展映了《惊沙》等8部优秀国产影片，并与孟买、新德里等印度主要电影机构开展交流。

CFA Delegation Attended the Opening Ceremony of“2016 Mumbai Chinese Film Show”

From October 20 till 26, at the invitation of India-China Film Society, China Film Association (CFA) sent a delegation to attend the opening ceremony and workshop of the “2016 Mumbai Chinese Film Show” in India. 8 excellent Chinese films such as Through Stunning Storms were screened·Exchanges was conducted with major Indian film institutes in Mumbai and Delhi.

第16届中日韩电视制作者论坛在北京举行

10月22日，由中国视协、日本放送人会、韩国导演制作者联合会共同主办的第16届中日韩电视制作者论坛在北京开幕。此次论坛为期5天，共有100多位来自中国、日本、韩国的电视制作者参加。各国代表围绕本届论坛的主题“家庭·青年之情感”对选送的电视作品展开观摩研讨，并就“电视节目创新与互联网思维”等共同关心的话题进行了交流。中日韩电视制作者论坛从创办以来，在三国之间轮流举办，经过各方持续努力，取得了丰硕的成果，已经成为中日韩之间进行电视文化交流的重要平台。

The 16thChina-Japan-Korea TV Producers’ Forum Opened in Beijing

On October 22, the 16thChina-Japan-Korea TV Producers’ Forum, jointly sponsored by China TV Artists Association (CTAA), NHK and Korean Producers & Directors Association, was opened in Beijing. Within five days, over 100 TV producers from China, Japan and Korea attended this Forum. Under the theme of “Family—Feelings of Youth”, the delegates from the three countries had joint observation and discussion of all the candidate programs and talked about some common issues such as “Innovation on TV Programs and Internet Thinking”. Ever since its establishment, this Forum has taken place annually in the three countries by turns. Thanks to continuous efforts from all the parties, this Forum has achieved abundant results and become an important platform for TV cultural exchange the three countries.

俄罗斯戏剧演出团来华交流演出

11月18日至26日，应中国剧协邀请，俄罗斯莫斯科表演艺术研究生院（康斯坦丁·拉伊金戏剧学校）演出团来华参加第五届中国校园戏剧节，演出肢体剧《西班牙幻想》，并与上海戏剧学院、复旦大学师生进行戏剧艺术交流活动。

Russian Theatre Troupe Visited China for Performance and Exchange

From November 18 till 26, at the invitation of CTA,Moscow Higher School of Performing Arts (Theatre School of Constantin Raykin) sent an art troupe to China to participate in the 5thChina Campus Theatre Festival. During the visit, this troupe staged a physical play Spanish Fantasies and conducted theatre art exchanges with teachers and students from Shanghai Theatre Acadmy and Fudan University.

中国视协代表团赴埃及、塞尔维亚访问交流

11月22日至29日，应埃及广播电视同盟和塞尔维亚RTV Studio B广播电视台邀请，中国电视艺术代表团赴埃及和塞尔维亚访问。期间，代表团与塞尔维亚RTV Studio B广播电视台围绕新媒体影响下保持电视台业务正常发展的应对策略和经验进行了深入交流，并协商电视节目联合制作、电视节目互播等事宜；与埃及电视艺术家进行了交流座谈，为今后进一步深化交流与合作打下基础。

CTAA Delegation Visited Egypt and Serbia

From November 22 till 29, at the invitation of Radio and Television Union of Egypt and RTV Studio B of Serbia, CTAA sent a delegation to visit Egypt and Serbia. During the visit, the delegation conducted an in-depth exchange concerning strategy to maintain normal business development against the impact of New Media and a discussion about co-production and mutualbroadcasting of TV programs with RTV Studio B in Serbia. Their talk with Egyptian artists in TV laid a sound foundation for future exchange and cooperation as well.

中国摄协举办迪尔曼·克瑞恩铂金影像展

11月23日至12月4日，由中国摄协、中国摄影著作权协会共同主办，中国文联摄影艺术中心权保部承办的“光之炼金石—迪尔曼·克瑞恩铂金影像展”在中国美术馆举办。迪尔曼·克瑞恩是美国屈指可数的专门从事铂金照片创作的摄影家，在美国久负盛名；作品被卡内基视觉艺术中心、范斯沃斯艺术博物馆等十余家单位收藏，展览集中迪尔曼·克瑞恩大部分铂金精品。

CPA Sponsored Platinum Image Exhibition of Tillman Crane

From November 23 till December 4, “Alchemy of Light—Tillman Crane’s Platinum Images” exhibition, jointly sponsored by China Photographers Association (CPA) and China Photography Copyright Association, and undertaken by Department of Copyright Protection of CFLAC Photographic Art Center, was held at National Art Museum of China. As one of the few photographers specially engaged in platinum photography in USA, Tillman Crane enjoys a time-honored reputation and his works have been collected by over ten institutes such as Carnegie Visual Arts Center and Farnsworth Art Museum. Most his the excellent platinum photography works put on show involved in this exhibition.

中国摄协代表团赴奥地利、马耳他访问交流

12月12日至19日，应奥地利欧洲时报维也纳文化中心、马耳他职业摄影家协会邀请，中国摄协代表团赴上述两国进行访问交流。期间，在奥地利举办了“美丽中国”摄影展，展出作品40幅，并与马耳他文化组织商讨2017年合作举办摄影展览事宜。

CPA Delegation Visited Austria and Malta

From December 12 till 19, at the invitation of European Times Cultural Center at Vienna of Austria and Malta Professional Photographers Association, CPA sent a delegation to visit Austria and Malta. During the visit, the delegation held “Beautiful China” photography exhibition of 40 works and discussed with related cultural organizations in Malta joint sponsoring of a photography exhibition in 2017 .

李前光率中国文联代表团访问日本、印度

12月14日至21日，应日本中国文化交流协会和印度文化关系委员会邀请，中国文联副主席李前光率代表团出访日本和印度。访问期间，代表团分别与日本音乐著作权协会、日本美术著作权协会、日本摄影著作权协会和印度音乐家协会就版权保护和艺术家权益等议题举行会谈，与印度文化关系委员会就2017年互办文化交流活动事宜达成初步意向。代表团还考察了有关活动举办场地。

CFLAC Delegation Visited Japan and India

From December 14 till 21, at the invitation of JCCEA and Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), CFLAC delegation headed by Li Qianguang, vice president of CFLAC, visited Japan and India. During the visit, the delegation held respective meetings on copyright protection and artists’ IPR issues with Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC), Japanese Society for Protecting Artists’ Rights (JASPAR), Japan Photographic Copyright Association (JPCA) and Indian Federation of Musicians (IFM). Moreover, an initial content on holding cultural exchange events in China and India was reached with ICCR.The CFLAC delegation also visited on candidate venues.
