摘 要 凸轮机构能够把凸轮的简单连续运动转变为从动件按工作要求变化的复杂运动,从动件的运动规律取决于凸轮的轮廓。根据实际要求的从动件运动规律所设计的凸轮轮廓,能够实现预期的工程生产要求。

Graphic Method Design of Disk Cam Profile//YU Min
Abstract The cam mechanism can change the simple continuous motion of the cam to the complex motion of the follower according to the work requirement. The motion law of the follower depends on the profile of the cam. According to the cam profile designed by the actual requirements of the follower motion law, it is possible to achieve the expected requirements of engineering.

凸轮机构由凸轮、从动件和机架组成,结构简单、紧凑,能够把凸轮的简单连续运动转变为从动件的连续或不连续的任意预期运动。凸轮是主动件,从动件的运动规律由凸轮轮廓决定。凸轮轮廓的设计是以选定的从动件运动规律为依据的。endprint
