“极限住居”是一次微型住宅研究与建造教学相结合的实验。通过高度集约的空间规划和功能单元模块化设计，探索小而优的居住模式和预制装配型的工业化建造方式。“7m2样板屋”的实际空间体验和多次拆装展览证明了这一微型住宅极高的空间效率和建造模式的可行性。

"Ultimate Residence" was an experiment for miniature house research and construction teaching. It explored small but good housing patterns as well as industrialized construction methods for prefabricated assembly model by means of highly intensive spatial planning and modular design. The actual spatial experience of the "7 square meters model house" and the numerous exhibitions of disassembly and assembly proved the high spatial efficiency and feasibility of this housing model.
