Research of indoor smoke warning and air purification equipment

【Abstract】In order to reduce indoor smoke concentration and improve indoor air quality,we put forward the intelligent indoor smoke warning and air purification device. This device can quickly reduce the concentration of indoor smoke by the air purification and fire alarm function. It provides a suitable living environment for people.

1.Introduction

Nowadays the number of smokers in society continues to grow. At home or in some public places, it will be filled with terrible smoke. This will not only do harm to our bodies, but also plant a security risk for fire. Accurate monitoring of the indoor air and harmful fumes processing is very important.

2.Design of smoke alarm and air purification device

We make air monitoring equipment and air purification device to form a coherent whole. Thereby, this system has functions of smoke purification and fire warning.

The device in this paper mainly contains the following modules: monitoring module, purification module, exhaust module and alarm module. Hardware design of the system is shown in Figure 1:

1.1 Air monitoring

The system will be able to effectively detect smoke by using smoke detectors and heat detectors. Smoke is detected in grades in order to deal with the smoke more effectively.

1.2 Air purifier

When the smoke concentration in the room is low,the system will start an air purification device. Now the latest air purification device uses active air purification principle.It greatly enhances the efficiency of air purification. Therefore,system can more effectively clean the air.

1.3 Air replacement

When the smoke density reaches the second grade,the system will start air replacement module. Indoor smoke flying into the outdoors,while the fresh outdoor air flying into the room.Then quickly eliminate indoor smoke and improve indoor air quality.

3. indoor smoke warning and air cleaning device software design

In order to realize the function of this system, we have adopted a modular and standardized approach to program design. Programming system block diagram is shown in figure 2:

Modular design of the above-mentioned software programs enables the system's hardware to play an effective role.

4.Conclusion

In the near future, the smoke processing power will certainly continue to strengthen. But the most important thing is that people should reduce smoking and the harmful smoke emissions.
