我国机器人产业现状分析与发展研判*

机器人是“制造业皇冠顶端的明珠”，其研发、制造、应用是衡量一个国家科技创新和高端制造业水平的重要标志。我国政府提出《中国制造2025》规划纲要，并将机器人作为智能制造的核心部分。中国作为全球最大的机器人市场，需求旺盛。政策支持和“机器换人”产业发展趋势共同推动着中国机器人产业快速发展。

目前，工业机器人已经广泛应用于汽车及零部件制造、机械加工、电子电气及食品工业等诸多领域，成为衡量一个国家制造业水平和科技水平的重要标志。随着人工智能、机器人、传感器技术的不断发展，机器人已经由传统的在线示教工作模式向智能工作模式方向发展。在市场应用方面，机器人已经从单机产品发展到以机器人为核心的数字化无人工厂，从汽车行业的应用逐步发展到3C（Computer,Communication,Cosumer electronic）行业，从高端应用领域扩展到一般应用领域，从制造业到民生领域。

在技术发展方面，未来机器人的机械结构将向模块化、可重构化方向发展。例如，关节模块中伺服电机、减速器、检测系统三位一体化；由关节模块、连杆模块以重组方式构造机器人整机。控制系统将向开放化、高集成度方向发展，采用PC机的开发型控制系统，便于标准化、网络化。控制系统器件集成度将提高，控制柜越来越小巧。传感器作用将日益突出，装配、焊接机器人采用力觉、视觉等多传感器融合技术进行决策控制。另外，随着机器学习等人工智能技术的发展，工业机器人将日趋智能，自主学习的同时还能自主挖掘大数据价值。

作为非制造领域的智能服务机器人，更加贴近人类生活，尤其在医疗康复、养老以及公共社会服务等方面，在应对高龄化社会、解决劳动力下降、实现安心安全社会、创建便利和幸福的生活环境等诸多问题中发挥作用，走进人类生活的各个领域。在市场应用方面，由于我国人口老龄化趋势加快，医疗与教育以及其他社会服务领域需求旺盛，使得我国有望形成全球最大的服务机器人市场，达到万亿元的市场规模，吸引全球资本巨鳄纷纷进入。同时，服务机器人正在改变着人类生活，餐饮机器人已开始服务于普通餐馆，清洁机器人已走进百姓家庭生活，由机器人组成服务团队的酒店也已经正式营业。

在技术发展方面，服务机器人从单一作业向群体协作方面发展，并且机器人已经与互联网络甚至是物联网络密不可分。在感知认知方面，突破多传感器融合环境感知、复杂环境任务规划、故障自诊断与自修复及视觉图像处理；在机构本体方面，解决仿生机构优化设计、人体工学结构设计、轻型复合材料与高效能源及高柔性、高可靠性关节设计；在人机交互方面，解决离线编程和仿真、普适性人机交互接口、手势与表情识别及智能语音语意识别；在执行控制方面，解决机械臂柔顺控制、安全保护运动控制、自主导航和定位及视觉伺服控制。

未来，以“互联网+机器人”为核心的数字化工厂智能制造模式将成为制造业的发展方向，是真正意义上将机器人、互联网、信息技术和智能设备在制造业的完美融合，涵盖了对工厂制造的生产、质量、物流等环节，是智能制造的典型代表。不但解决了工厂、车间和生产线以及产品的设计到制造实现的转化过程，还代表着机器人制造生产未来的发展方向。未来的工厂将会是人与机器和谐共处的状态，协作型机器人将小件装配等自动化应用带入了一个全新时代，工人与机器人可以和谐共处，共同完成同一工作任务。智能服务机器人将走入千家万户，走进人类生活的各个领域，成为人类最忠实、最可靠的伙伴。

新一代信息技术与机器人技术跨学科融合，机器人、可穿戴设备将渗入人类生活各个领域，引领世界进入机器人时代；中国机器人产业处于爆发前夜，一场机器人改变制造模式、生活模式的时代正向我们走来。

Xu Fang,an investigator and a research supervisor with the Director of SⅠASUN Center ResearchⅠnstitute,SⅠASUN Robot&Automation Co.,Ltd.,the Expert of the working group of the key project of service ro-bot for the 12thFive-year Plan,the Associate Editor of Robot from Chinese Association of Automation,the Evaluation Expert of National“863”Project,and the Director of Liaoning Association of Automation.He has long been engaged in the research,development and industrialization of robots.He took part in the formulation and execution of national and provincial technology development for the 11thand 12thFive-year Plan.He has undertaken many national scientific and technological research projects,which were awarded the 2rdprize of National Award for Science and Technology Progress and the special award of CAS Award for Science and Technology Progress.He has published more than 50 papers and more than 10 patents.

Ⅰn this paper,the current situation of robot industry in China is reviewed,the trend of robotic technology and the development of the industry is analyzed,and the future of the robot industry in China is discussed.Ⅰt is pointed that the Digitalized Factory and Human-Robot Cooperation will become the future trend of the manufacturing.Ⅰntelligent service robots will become the‘partners’of human,appearing in everyone’s home.

Prospect of 2016 China's Economic Growth:Analysis and Forecast

China’s economic growth is suffering downward in 2015,the annual GDP growth rate is predicted at around 6.9%. Although China’s economy confronts several challenging issues both internationally and domestically,there are some positive factors from the deepening reform.The GDP growth in 2016 is expected to keep on slow down,with a growth rate of around 6.7%,about 6.5%in the first half year and 6.8%in the second half year.Currently,China should pay more attention on surplus supply and insufficient demand,high leverage and big potential systemic risk,low efficiency of resource allocation,and relatively poor quality of economic growth.
