【Abstract】In this paper, the writer analyzes the contradiction between the market demand and the the employment of university graduates in great details.And moreover, the writer intends to inquire into the causes of this contradiction from such aspects as the school, the students themselves and the society, etc.

Factors contributing to the contradiction betweenmarket demand and the employment of university graduates
1.Social factors
Regional imbalance of social and economic development exists in our country, city, township and industry disparity.This kind of structural contradiction leads to the contemporary college students' values and their choice of the industry, building a shock that makes a lot of potential employers can not find the suitable talents.Besides, now the potential employers put more and more high requirement on job seekers.In their eyes, the common problem for college graduates is that what they have learned in university is not what they have to use in work; higher eyesight, lower practice; weak ability to adapt, etc.Therefore, those with working experiences of several years are needed in recruiting.However, a fresh out of college students of the campus need to be on the job after a certain time to learn and adapt, can only gradually accumulate experience.After all graduate students in work experience is basically a blank, can't immediately as the corresponding post.This let her self-confidence, many college graduates find is limited by a lot of work.
2.Factors related to college
Some universities blindly pursue many special industry set.They blindly set up some courses or professions having no relationship with social needs.Some universities neglect the construction of teaching staff, and some teachers' knowledge level and ability has been stalled.And meanwhile the setting up of a course isnt based on social needs, leading to the decline of the quality of the education, so under the condition of college graduates and the market demand of nature is difficult to achieve effective docking.
At present, there are many deficiencies in high school career guidance.Firstly, those offering school career guidance are mainly high school career guidance counselors, generally lack of formal training employment guidance and rich practical experience, thus its difficult for them to offer the practical, effective guidance and help to graduates in their interview or on-the-job industry orientation, etc.Secondly, colleges mainly adopt such traditional graduates employment service as recruitment, etc.Therefore university graduates tend to be passive and the employment information they get is asymmetric, consequently the service efficiency is low.Thirdly, currently the university employment guide is too single, and they put the one-sided focus on the analysis of the situation of employment for senior graduates, providing them with abundant recruit information, but the career planning and employment of non-graduates is far from enough.
3.Students own problems
After entering the university, many college students are lack of personal motivation for learning or improving.Some university students can not correctly realize and evaluate themselves; they are not clear of the direction for development; therefore they wait until closer to the senior to rush to the choice of career.They never considered themselves even in the short term career planning after graduation, also never pay attention to the cultivation of their employment ability, leading to its graduate job searching personal comprehensive quality, special industry practice ability, and post a qualification to beg cannot meet the requirement of unit of choose and employ persons.
Graduates generally expect too much.Many university graduates are lack of proper understanding of the society or at least we can say their understanding of the society is neither full nor correct.And consequently, while choosing a job or career after graduation, they tend to blindly choose the industry with higher, hoping to work in the good environment, with high income, and the big development space of single bit work as well.Choose the industry with strong utility color.Plus some graduates feel too good for themselves.They may just shrugg off some small business units and are too critical while picking up their potential employers.The final result is that many university graduates have pitifully missed a lot of employment opportunities.
