Construction Technology and Quality Control of Rockfill Dam of Jinping Hydropower Station
With the wide application of TBM,and in combination with the special situation of low temperature in Northeast China,mixing system can be arranged in tunnel to facilitate concrete transportation and placement.This construction method makes full use of the characteristics of constant temperature in tunnel which is appropriate for concrete construction.It guarantees the concrete temperature and reduces insulation measures in winter construction.The mixing system is arranged in the service area,at the same time,the mixing station is connected to TBM battery cart,this reduces the transfer process of concrete tanker in the service area,and accelerates the construction progress.

Rockfill dam use local materials as filling materials,it is characterized by simple structure,less influenced by climate,and benefit for controlling construction period.In order to ensure stability and safety of dam body,reasonable construction method and measures are the key to ensure the quality of dam body,at the same time,quality control should be strengthened in the process of construction,especially quality control of key parts and sections,the overall construction quality can only be ensured through effective and strict quality control.

Measures and Methods for Ensuring High Accuracy Penetration of Ultra Long Tunnel

The difference between tunnel traverse measurement and ordinary ground traverse measurement is that,tunnel traverse measurement cannot make one time coincidence measurement to the traverse points.Due to tunnel measurement belongs to underground works,stationing can only be done along with tunneling,and measurement is carried out in the form of branch traverse without any checking conditions.With the further extension of tunnel, the traverse error will become larger and larger,in order to ensure correct penetration of the tunnel,special method should be taken to ensure high accuracy survey,or high precision penetration of ultra-long tunnel will be impossible.

Application of Monitoring and Surveying on TBM Construction Tunnel

With the wide use of TBM in tunnel excavation,monitoring and measuring is necessary to ensure the safety of construction,compare the engineering characteristic indexes,verify the support parameters,judge the rationality of design,feedback information for support design and construction scheme,and make sure the support measures are economic and reasonable.Detailed analysis is conducted to the initial lithology and measurement data of various types of rock of HJ tunnel,and regression function and change rule applicable to the project are summarized for better instruction of the construction.
