如何回复建议信

2. 可适当增加细节，使行文连贯。

写好这样的作文要注意以下几点：

1. 格式规范 回复建议信和写建议信一样，通常由六部分组成：信头（发信人地址和发信日期）、信内地址（收信人姓名、职位和地址）、称呼、正文、结束语和署名。实际写信时通常把信头和信内地址省略。

2. 态度正确 写信的目的是提出建议或忠告，不是投诉信，也不是命令和责斥，所以态度要谦恭诚恳，观点要合情合理，语言要得体，尽量让对方容易接受。

3. 思路清晰 对对方提出的问题要认真领会，准确理解，然后依次回复。要做到观点鲜明，条理清晰，简明扼要，以理服人，让对方觉得“纳而有因，拒而有理”。

4. 时态和人称 通常用一般现在时态，第一人称。

写作准备

开头常用的句式有：

表达建议的常用句式有：

In my opinion， you would be wise to take the following action. First of all， be brave to tell your parents your ideas and listen carefully to their opinions. Meanwhile， be absorbed in your work to achieve their hope. Im sure they will be satisfied with you.

I have to say that you are not alone when having trouble communicating with parents. Almost everybody had it when they are in the adolescence. Therefore， its a common problem shared by many， whose cause lies in what they call “generation gap”.
