At the forthcoming 19thInternational Sedimentological Congress (ISC2014)in Geneva, Switzerland, August 18-24,2014, the Editorial Committee of the Journal of Palaeogeography (JoP)will host Theme 12—Palaeogeography.For those who will attend ISC2014, please pay attention to the following information about this theme.

(1)Lithofacies palaeogeography and sedimentary environments;
(2)Biopalaeogeography and palaeoecology;
(3)Tectonopalaeogeography, palaeoearthquakes and seismites;
(4)Quaternary palaeogeography and palaeoclimatology, human history period palaeogeography and palaeoclimatology;
(5)P-Tr mass extinction and recovery, and their palaeogeographical backgrounds;
(6)Mesozoic palaeogeographical evolutions of the Tethyan regions;
(7)Others related with palaeogeography.

4.An abstract is required to be submitted through the ISC2014 registration facility before April 30, 2014.Please email a copy of the abstract to JoP at the same time.
5.A full-text manuscript is encouraged to be submitted to JoP before June 30, 2014, the sooner, the better.
6.If the submitted full-text manuscript is approved by the reviewers of JoP, and is to be published in JoP, the authors from countries outside of China will be rewarded remuneration in Chinese CNY which is equal to CHF 650, while the authors from within China will be rewarded both the Chinese edition and the English edition of Journal of Palaeogeography for one year.
