How to choose Friends

As the saying goes， “A friend in need is a friend indeed”. Friends play a very essential role in our daily life. However， how to make goods friends is a problem for most of us. As for me， I have three principles to choose friends.

In the first place， good friends should have their own principles. We should take into account the fact that people who insist on their principles have high quality. Therefore， it is worth making friends with them.

Then， I want to point out that good friends should be full of trust. This kind of person has a pure heart， so we can communicate with each other by heart.

Finally， active friends are just like beautiful sunshine. They can light up our blue mood， drive away the dark clouds and give us courage.

Friends who have above three characteristics will be great wealth for us.

Changes in My Hometown

My home town is in the center of Xuzhou which was a quiet and beautiful place. In the past， there were many animals. They were lovely and nice. The air was fresh and there were many birds fly in the sky.

Over the past years， it has changed a lot. At the present， it becomes a modern town and develops a lot. Now， the people in Xuzhou are richer than before， so most of people go to work by bus or by underground. Sometimes， they also drive their private cars to work. Many people sell out their old houses and move into new flats.

In some ways， the development has brought some good things， but it has also causes much environment pollution. I think we should take action to reduce the pollution.

The Importance ofSelf-confidence

Currently， self-confidence has become the order of our life， which improves the theory that nothing is more valuable than self-confidence.

It is obvious that self-confidence means trust in ones ability. If we are full of self-confidence， well have creative power to live and work， helping us success or dreams come true. On the contrary， if we have no confidence in ourselves， there will be little possibilities for us to win. Well always face failure.

Whats more， no one can deny another fact that self-confidence gives us light when we walk in the dark and courage when we face stumbling blocks. With self-confidence， we can achieve goals in our life.

Lecture from Space Inspires Childrens Dreams

Its reported that there are more than sixty million students and teachers watched the first space lecture hosted by Wang Yaping in the Tiangong-1. It has aroused hot concern and discussion. The lecture was about motion in micro-gravity environments and the surface tension of liquid in space， as well as the concepts of weight， mass and Newtons Law. Many people say this activity will produce far-reaching impact. It will first inspire childrens interest in space and then to work hard. In addition， youth people can be more intuitive access to aerospace knowledge by this way. Their interaction with the astronauts would make children are no longer strangers to the distant universe， so that stimulates their love of science and knowledge of worship， develop lofty ideals in the heart of aerospace. In short， scientific knowledge has helped open a window for the youngsters to know about the universe. I am sure that this activity will take root in youngers heart as a seed， and ultimately grow into towering trees.
