水葫芦叶中总黄酮的提取及其抗氧化性研究

摘要:为研究水葫芦(Eichhornia crassipes)叶中总黄酮的超声波法提取工艺,并测定其抗氧化活性,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取条件,对总黄酮还原能力及清除自由基能力进行测定。结果表明,水葫芦叶中总黄酮最佳提取条件为超声功率320 W、乙醇浓度70%、超声时间30 min、料液比1∶45、提取次数3次,此条件下总黄酮得率为5.71%,提取物呈现出良好的抗氧化活性。

Study on the Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Total Flavonoids from Water Hyacinth Leaves

Abstract: In order to optimize the ultrasonic extracting technology of the total flavonoids from water hyacinth leaves and determine the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids, the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment were conducted and the reducing power and free radical scavenging activity were detected. The results showed that the best extracting condition was as follows: ultrasonic power 320 W, treatment time 30 min, alcohol concentration 70%, ratio of material to solvent 1∶45 and extraction 3 times. Under this condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 5.71%. And the extracts showed obvious antioxidant activities.
