海南切花月季产业发展的三维SWOT分析

摘要：通过引入古典战略思想，完善SWOT的层次结构和分析功能，同时从行业角度对相关因素进行分析，以避免由于SWOT内外环境严格分割而造成的缺陷。通过创建三维SWOT分析方法研究海南反季节切花月季产业发展战略，层次性更强、更清晰。结果表明，海南切花月季产业仍处于初级和上升阶段，要利用海南冬春气候优势，实施增长型战略。
