Inception Ceremony is Launched For the Biggest Copper Recycling Project in Nanjiang

Inception ceremony is launched in Jiashi County for the 100000 ton refined copper project for the recycling of multiple elements that are difficult to process, the biggest refined copper recycling project in Nanjiang with investment of one billion yuan by Shandong Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited.

Shandong Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited set up a Xinjiang Xinhui Copper In-dustry Company Limited in Jiashi in 2009. In August 2009, the 100000 ton copper smelting project in Nanjiang was put into operation. On June 25, 2010, the first group of copper products was produced in Nanjiang, a groundbreaking event for Nanjiang in the history of non-ferrous metal smelting. After one year since it was put into production, over forty kilograms of gold, seven tons of silver and over 10,000 tons of metal copper were produced with sales revenue of 760 million yuan.

In order the realize the target of building the biggest copper industry base in Jiashi County,Xinhui Company added one-billion investment to the 287-million-yuan first-phase investment to build the 100000 ton refined copper project for the recycling of multiple elements that are difficult to process. The project is expected to take two years to be put into production and after that the production capacity could reach 0.1 million tons of metal copper, one ton of gold, 50 tons of silver, 150,000 tons of sulfuric acid, realizing seven billion yuan of sales revenue and one billion yuan of tax and creating over 500 job opportunities.
