Becherovka is a famous liqueur in Europe. It was originally produced 200 years ago in Czech’s Karlovy Vary, a world famous hotspring resort. With a refreshingly sweet yet slightly bitter favor, golden color and a bright, pure, noble luster, Becherovka has been a symbol of prestige, success, and wealth for 200 years. Drinking Becherovka is associated with high social status and living standards. Under the rule of the Habsburg family, Becherovka was given as a tribute to the Austrian emperor. Peter the Great, who regularly visited Karlovy Vary, spoke highly of Becherovka. Many famous people in European history such as Mozart, Goethe, Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin, Karl Marx and Mikhail Gorbachev have also been very warm in their praise of Becherovka.
