Customers who came to Scene a Café in early March were impressed by the scenes of the surprising, exotic and spice-infused cuisine of Sri Lanka.

Focal points of China World Hotel Beijing’s Scene a Café are eight open kitchen “scene stations” where chefs create dishes from over 300 ingredients featured in abundant displays. Indian Food Festival 2010 will be started on March 26 at Softel Wanda Ningbo. Jointly hosted by the Culture and Information Section of the Embassy of India in China, the Ministry of Tourism of India and Softel Wanda Ningbo, the food festival will be opened with a welcome party on March 26 where people will have the opportunity to try Indian food by tasting dishes cooked by chef Ravi. On March 27-28, a cooking class at the hotel will allow people to learn with chef Ravi. A free yoga course will also be available at the hotel’s ftness center during the festival.
