王宝泉，中国女排新主帅

The former(以前的)nationalassistant(助手)coach Wang Baoquan will replace Cai Bin as the head coach of the Chinese Women Volleyball Team.The Chinese Volleyball Association(CVA)announced(宣布)the news.

前任国家助理教练王宝泉将接替蔡斌成为中国女排的主教练。这条新闻是由中国排球协会宣布的。

“Cai expressed his wish toresign(辞职)on February 18 and we decided to accept hisresignation(辞职)after thorough(彻 底 的)thinking,”said vice-presidentofthe CVA.During one year and two days incharge(任职),Cai disappointed(使失望)us in the following results，but the Chinese Women Volleyball Team werechampions(冠军)of theAthens(雅典)Olympic and thebronze medalists(季军)of the Beijing Games.

中国排球协会副主席这样说道：“蔡斌在2月18就表达了自己辞职的想法，然后我们经过慎重的考虑接受了他的要求。”在任职一年零二天里，蔡斌的指挥战绩一直是不令人满意的，而之前中国女排曾经是雅典奥运会的冠军和北京奥运会的季军。

The 49-year-old Wang has a proud history in club coaching.He has taken his Tianjin Club to the peak of thepodium(联赛)in the Chinese women’s league in the past eight years. “I’d like to devote(奉献)myself to establishing a successful national Women Volleyball Team,”he said at thepress conference(记者招待会).“This year，we will try to be the top four in the World Championships(世界锦标赛)and become champion at the Guangzhou Asian Games.”

现年四十九岁的王宝泉在指导俱乐部方面有着骄傲的战绩。在过去的八年里，王宝泉曾经将其指挥的天津俱乐部送至中国女子排球联赛的最高峰。在媒体招待会上，王宝泉这样说道：“我想全心全意地奉献自己的全部精力，重塑一只成功的中国女子排球队伍。今年我们力争使中国女排在世锦赛中成为前四，同时在广州举行的亚洲运动会上获得冠军。”

The CVA also announced the latestroster(花名册)of the Chinese Women Volleyball Team at the conference.Thetraining camp(训练营)is in Zhangzhou，Fujian province city.

中国排球协会也在媒体招待会上公布了最新的女排花名册。训练营地选在了福建省的漳州市。
