The Beijing Ping’an Restaurant of Shanghai Xiao Nan Guo Cuisine recently opened on the fourth floor of City Mall as another fashionable venue for gourmet lovers to enjoy authentic Shanghai-style dishes.

Designed by the famous designer Alan Chan, the Beijing Ping’an Restaurant of Shanghai Xiao Nan Guo Cuisine has 14 stylish and elegant individual rooms. Surrounded by glass decorated with colored drawings,these rooms display a beautiful Shanghai scene, allowing guests to enjoy authentic Shanghai tastes surrounded by Shanghai charm.

To create a better dining experience for guests, Xiao Nan Guo invited famous Taiwan music company Hinote to select music for the restaurant. Hinote has selected nearly 1,000 songs by combining modern Western music with Chinese elements to cater for different times, different groups and different occasions.

As a flagship brand of Shanghai cuisine,Xiao Nan Guo has a 23-year history. The newly opened Beijing Ping’an Restaurant inherits the soul of traditional Shanghai cuisine and adds elements of its own.

Xiao Nan Guo dishes combine good taste and delicacy. While keeping the traditional characteristics of each cuisine, it has also created a series of innovative dishes,such as stir-fried, shelled wild shrimp and steamed reeves shad.
