解释：dress parade 的意思是 a parade in full uniform for review，指受阅者穿全套军服或制服接受检阅，是在陆地上的检阅仪式。fleet parade或 fleet review指舰船列队接受检阅，是海上阅兵式。又，汉语的“14个国家”，指中国以外的14个国家，在上下文里不会引起误解。但是直接译为14 countries，会被理解为包括中国在内的14个国家。最好说14 foreign countries或 14 other countries，这样可以避免歧义。
