用作名词时，mind主要有下列意思：

I dont mind cold weather.

I should not mind a cup of tea. 我倒想喝一杯茶。

Would you mind calling back tomorrow? 请你明天回个电话好吗？

[特别提醒]在回答Do/Would you mind…? 这种问句时，你如果同意对方做某事，可以说：Certainly not; Of course not或Not at all.等，意思是“我不介意”；如果你不同意，通常可以找某种理由委婉拒绝，如可以说：Id rather you wouldnt./I wish you wouldnt. Im having a bad cough; you know. (很抱歉，请你最好不要。我咳嗽得很厉害。) 如果你回答：Yes, I do. 那就是直接拒绝，而且语气是很不客气的。例如：

Mind your intonation when you speak. 你说话时要注意语调。
