Chinese enterprises are casting their eyes globallyin search of new investment

China's economic expansion issizzling with its outward invest-ment continuing to reach newhighs. Chen Jian, Vice Minister ofCommerce revealed at the Fourth East AsiaInvestment Forum that the first quarter of2008 saw China's overseas direct investmentrocketing by a dizzying 353 percent to $19.34billion. This figure surpasses investment forthe whole of last year.
