When looking back at history, silk, ceramics, spices, tea, metal, paper, and other materials along the Silk Road are all material goods. The handicraft technology, production, and lifestyle behind them are deeply disseminated. These tangible and intangible cultural heritages are still passed down and disseminated in the daily life of people along the Silk Road. It has become the most direct carrier of East-West exchanges and a historical witness of people-to-people exchanges. Based on the current situation of the productive protection of intangible cultural heritage and the integrated development of related formats, the book reshapes the value of the intangible cultural heritage along the Xinjiang section of the Silk Road.
