烟台的秋天

在煙台,每年的十一前后,都是最舒适的时候。这时,天空蔚蓝蔚蓝的,空气特别的清新,不冷不热,不干不潮,舒爽得不得了。早上是晴空万里,海天一色,海浪不愠不怒,不紧不慢地翻滚着一排排浪花,一艘艘轮船缓缓地驶进港湾,宁静而美丽。傍晚时分天空又披上了五彩的霞帔,美得让人心醉。

天刚蒙蒙亮,海鲜市场就人头攒动,熙熙攘攘了。各种海鲜不安分地在台子上活蹦乱跳。鲅鱼、偏口,黄花、白敏子;梭蟹、蟹甲红、红虾、对虾、爬虾、小白虾;海参、鲍鱼、蛸、天鹅蛋、乳山蛤和海蛎子,还有只有卖鱼的人和本地人才能叫上名来的鱼虾蛤。烟台人靠海吃海,那可是叫真正的会吃。

那顶盖肥的螃蟹、肚皮下三条杠一肚籽的爬虾蒸熟后红红的壳一揭开,蟹黄虾籽就呈现在眼前,那一眼的鲜啊,口水不流才怪。蘸着姜汁醋,那个美味,换做神仙都不作。留着长须短须的虾,浑身透亮的小蛸,泛着金光的鲍鱼清水里煮着吃,原味或蒜泥姜汁蘸着,怎么吃都鲜美无比。海鲜,贵在个“鲜”字上。只要新鲜,咋做都好吃。

新鲜的鲅鱼,剥掉鱼皮片下鱼肉,剁碎或用搅拌机打成碎泥,加进放凉的葱姜水,放点儿肥肉泥,放一小把切碎的韭菜,再料酒和胡椒粉这么一洒,搅拌均匀,包鲅鱼饺子或做鱼丸汤,那可就让你鲜得找不到北了。

鱼汤面、芋头炒蛤、茄子五花肉蒸虾酱,还有鱼锅片片,都会让你垂涎三尺,爱不释口。

烟台依山傍海,土地肥沃。深秋从沃土里拔起的一串串花生、地瓜和芋头,带着泥土的芬芳,拥挤在暖阳的场院里、房顶上“困着”,白的红的黄的,好看极了。扒开一颗坑洼不平沾着泥土的花生壳,“白房子、红帐子,里面住着白胖子”的谜语一下子冒出,似回到了儿时。粉红色白白胖胖的果仁,静静地躺在干净洁白的壳里,水灵灵的模样,散发着诱人的清香。忍不住脏手在裤子上使劲一抹,小心翼翼地用手指捏出一颗放进嘴里,立刻像被扔进了搅拌机,红白相间的汁水四溢,顿时满口奇香。

地瓜芋头“困困”才会好吃。蒸着、烤着、拔丝,怎么吃都香甜无比。芋头刮皮后切成雪白的薄片,用葱花爆锅,翻炒片刻,放进水,大火烧,开锅后放少许挂面,面熟了,芋头也烂了。洒上香菜末,再滴上几滴香油,哇!清爽滑嫩,香气扑鼻,形意养皆上乘。

黄澄澄的玉米嘟嘟噜噜地挂在农家的院子里。院墙一角的葡萄架上,紫莹莹绿莹莹的葡萄饱满地挂着露珠,闪着诱人的光泽。旁边栅栏里几畦绿油油的韭菜和菠菜,透着别样的生机,让人喜不自禁。几只小猫一会儿屋檐下,一会儿栅栏边,轻盈地踱着,悠闲地享受着秋日午后的暖阳。那只拴着的大狗也乖乖地趴在地上,睁着圆咕噜的大眼睛,静静地看着院子里的一切,这短暂秋日里的美好时光。

“烟台苹果莱阳梨”,秋天里怎能少了这哼哈二将。黄绿色粗糙而有褐色锈斑的外皮,头粗尾细,萼部凹入,丑丑的模样,但去皮后擎着粗硬的果梗,宛如一支乳白色的雪糕,肉质细嫩,汁水丰富,甘甜如饴,清脆香甜,风味独特,这就是梨中的上品,莱阳梨也。别看它丑,却是多少人口中的最爱。

“山城”栖霞的十月,是被红彤彤的苹果覆盖着的,果香弥漫在山城的每个角落。山谷里层层叠叠的红果挂满枝头,粉嫩的红富士苹果,娇滴滴,羞答答,清脆酸甜,满身芳香,享誉全球。

南高北低,加上湿润的海洋气候的影响,烟台的河流资源非常丰富。秋天里白洋河,夹河、五龙河、鱼鸟河更是美不胜收,秋意浓浓。鱼鸟河湿地的满池荷花还在倔强地绽放,深处的芦苇争相高举着一支支骄傲的蒲棒,在秋阳里摇曳多姿。岸边高大的杉树叶开始染红,彰显着生命的色彩。

马路边的银杏树在蓝天的衬托下,发出金箔般的窸窣声,饱含着生命的气息,好像永远不会凋零。天空的云朵凝重飘逸又随意地变幻着,大朵大朵地挥洒着,恣意着不羁的美丽。

这就是烟台的秋天,不惊不扰,似琼楼玉阁、美丽仙境。

The most comfortable time in Yantai is around the National Day Holiday in October every year. With blue sky and fresh air, it is particularly comfortable, neither hot nor cold, neither dry nor damp. In the morning, the waves roll leisurely under the bright sky and ships sail into the harbor slowly one after another. Everything seems to be peaceful and beautiful. In the evening, with colorful sunset glow in the sky, it takes on another kind of beauty that will intoxicate people.

Just as the dawn falls, the seafood market becomes crowded and boisterous. Crawling or jumping restlessly on platforms are great varieties of seafood, including fishes such as Spanish mackerel, flatfish, yellow croaker, and white Chinese croaker; crabs and shrimps such as swimming crab, Japanese stone crab, red shrimp, prawn, mantis shrimp, small white shrimp; and clams such as sea cucumbers, abalone, octopus, “swan egg” clam, Rushan clam and oyster, as well as other fishes, shrimps, and clams whose names are known only by fish sellers and the locals. With rich sea resources, people in Yantai are really good at making use of the sea in terms of eating.
